    Who it's for: Curious beginners to advanced creatives working in marketing, sales, real estate, education, and more.
    What it is: A complex program for creating high quality illustration and typographical art.
    What you'll learn: We begin with the interface and workspace. We go over all of the panels and selection tools, including the direct selection tool. We cover vector illustration using shapes, the pen and pencil tool, applying brush strokes, and saving swatches and gradients. We also do a deep dive into type and typography, and show you all the shortcuts, tips, and tricks to make you more proficient and creative using Illustrator. Finally, we cover more advanced type tools like type on a path, the Touch Type tool, mastering the special effects with the Appearance panel, cool transformation and blending effects, and how to create 3D objects including text. We also explore the image trace tool, how to master Live Paint, Blending Tools, working with and creating Symbols and Graphic Styles.

    I’m just returning to Illustrator after not using it for many years. This was absolutely fantastic. By far the best I’ve ever watched. I realize there may have been some changes since this was published but the basics will be the same and I now feel confident that I can now tackle my projects with confidence. Thanks so much.

    Grazie! Thank you so much, David, your classes are so great and extremely helpful! I was always discouraged from using Illustrator because of its apparent complexity but you break down each tool so well without overcomplicating things.
    The only thing I can't understand is how you did is the shape of the light reflection on the avocado pit (in the shape builder tool section). I can do the long curves but don't understand how you did the top and bottom smaller curves. In any case, I am grateful for your classes.

    I learned illustrator with a tutorial in 2012 but didn't keep up with it since then. I was kinda frustrated that I forgot so many things about this software because I know it is amazing for drawings.
    I'm following a tutorial to draw kawaii images and I had 4 options... procreate, clip studio art, photoshop and illustrator. I thought I could give it a try again. Almost didn't click when I saw it was more than 3 hours...
    THANK GOD I CLICKED! I followed a lot of tutorials in my life and I have NEVER had one as great as this one! The explications are super clear, it's easy to learn, it gets to the point... WOW. This is amazing. I can't thank you enough!

    Excellent Beginners Look at AI - David you have a great speaking voice and teaching attitude. I created a pattern and used it to fill a shape. But it seems that the pattern filled the entire artboard and when I move the sharp around the artboard. the pattern changes as though the shape was a mask. How can I fill a shape with a patter and have it stick?

    How did you increased size of toolbars and fonts?

    • @LearnitTraining
      @LearnitTraining  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      To increase the size of the toolbar in Illustrator, you can do the following:
      Open Illustrator > Preferences > User Interface.
      Adjust the UI Scaling slider.
      Click on OK.
      Restart Illustrator as instructed.
      To resize panel icons so that you see only the icons (and not the labels), adjust the width of the dock until the text disappears. To display the icon text again, make the dock wider. To scale to a certain size, you can use the transform tool. Go to your top tool bar, navigate to Window > Transform. This will open the transform tool. With your artwork you want to scale selected, navigate to the transform pop-up toolbar you just opened. Make sure the “Constrain Width and Height Proportions” button is activated.

    2022 seems different than the version you are using. my workspace key is not in the top right. also I cannot figure out how to start with my image the same way you have yours in step one. a first step of how to get the image up to look like yours before going into tool modifications would have been super helpful. I know I'm not as tech savvy as I was 10 years ago, but super duper beginner steps so I can make sense of everything else feels much needed. thanks
