I started eating Golden Grams with protein drink over it , usually use vanilla core power the rest of it I make a protein coffee so I have the cereal a lot left. I pour in my coffee and have like a protein coffee with my cereal
You totally weren’t asking me but track your intake for at least a week (possibly more won’t hurt). If your average daily weight stays the same then you found your current maintenance…the calculators are often pretty off because they do not take into account dieting history, muscle mass, etc. but should only be used as a starting point. They would have me wasting away if I went by their numbers 😆
I've started boxing and some days I'm training 2x a day one session weights and the other boxing so watching this is awesome
