You’ve probably seen this on TikTok, Instagram, or TH-cam
With its creamy and velvety texture, the aerocano is reminiscent of a nitro cold brew or even a stout. For this, however, there is no need for pressurized nitrogen. All you need to make this drink, other than an espresso machine and a milk frothing pitcher, is water, and ice. It’s basically a chilled foamed americano.
