Well, I found mine in Pak Nam Pran, near the beach, 3 bed/2 bath, private pool, big kitchen on FB. Owner, not an agent, I paid a month rent to secure the house on a 10K distance because I defo wanted this house. Location, lay out, pool maintanance included: 20K. Yes, in Spain tenant pays the fre and many times 2 months deposit. Lived there 15 years... See you guys soon somewhere around, coffee is on me.
