See to me personally. Slab or a peer and beam house. This is the fastest and best way to deal with water under any foundation. That way water never even gets under the house in the 1st place. That's how I did my peer and beam house. And water has never got back under the house ever since then. Great job brother. All that extra hard work going under a house and installing the pump and basin in a crawlspace is hard to do. Maintenance is a bitch. A normal home owner can't really do it. Once a pump quits or clogs up or whatever. Most home owners won't even know it til they see damage. Or water standing. Crawlspace systems a waste of time and money. There's other better ways.
@@mrollivetti No I've seen him go under houses in the crawlspace and do an entire system under a house. And I don't understand why. The space is too small to work in. Maintenance is a bitch. The way this was done would work for every house keeping water from getting under it. Why not just do this on all. That's what I was trying to say.
Well narrated , tHanks for the video

So what do you suggest? Rebuild all houses in 'peer and beam houses'? Joke?
A treehouse is better than your pier and beam house. People in treehouses know how to spell correctly.
