The current owner is Abdel asser Kamel Sheta Esmail who may be related to Gamal Abdel Nasser, an Egyptian military officer and politician who served as the second president of Egypt from 1954 until his death in 1970. Hey Bankz! I loved this video. I used to be an interior decorator for a couple of showrooms during 2007-2014, and one of them carried only the highest end furniture companies. It was my favorite job I've ever had! It's crazy because I recognize a lot of the furniture and rugs from those days and it's ALL from the most expensive lines, as you guessed. I can tell from the style of the decor that they had an interior decorator come through and do the rooms for them and furnishings. But then, like you were saying, all those tacky fuzzy comforters and things like that makes it clear the smaller items that they were purchasing themselves, they had no clue how to match colors and decorate. It seems like they must have had some young babies that they were having to feed, and rather go up and down stairs they just put a fridge and a microwave in the master so they could do bottles and whatnot easily. Maybe they had multiples like twins or triplets that made it difficult to manage.
This looks like had money, but didn't come from money. The decorating was beyond horrible. It looked like poor people went on a spending spree. I really appreciated your concern for not showing inappropriate material. Well done.
Exactly it’s hilarious. Every time he says look at this expensive marble or look at this expensive that I’m like you don’t realize that stuff is so Gotti tacky cheap because you’ve never been around expensive things they assume anything that has marble on there or that looks big is expensive and fancy when an actuality that stuff isn’t bad and poor taste.
There’s a tide mark on the Mercedes from Hurricane Sandy, I assume the same for the BMW. This family bought the house just prior to Sandy, they repaired the house (next door was demolished) and had ‘nt got to the garage. Tax and sales records show they still own the house. The zebra print carpet and a lot of the furniture was in the house when they purchased it, going by the last for sale listing. Most other TH-camrs are saying the husband was arrested and the family deported, but my research shows the wife is still in the area. The foreclosure you refer to was by the HOA, it’s listed in court documents, probably for Hurricane proofing their house without HOA approval I’m guessing. It has been listed several times since 2014 but always withdrawn

It’s so crazy that without proper climate control, and humidity control and temperature control. I noticed all the even a few years ago woodwork and doors and molding has mold spots on it. I always wonder this with every video. But this one would probably hit different especially to the mom seeing all Her kids things when they were babies
These videos with all the items being left makes me wonder about the things they did take. My imagination runs wild thinking about the original owners of all these beautiful homes. You’ve explored a couple homes from where I’m from, tennessee, and you always go above and beyond. It’d be so cool if you could get into the abandoned knoxville college. In high school me and some friends explored it and I think you could make some amazing content. 10/10 video, as usual.
I can't shake the overall feeling that some murders took place in this house and esp in that BMW!! But also by the pool table, in the kitchen! I was thinking of a possible hit squad or something but most folks just don't abandon something that at one point looks very costly. Someone mentioned a hurricane and probable flooding from the storm but I would mostly be concerned about the development of black mold!
I thought something foul happened in the house too initially. The more I kept watching, the more I began to think that this family fled in a hurry with passports and most important jewelry. The family's cash was already safe in Swiss and Caribbean banks. The family is back in Egypt or Dubai.
No murders happened here. This house was involved in human trafficking the family fled to Qatar when federal authorities caught on in December of 2014. It’s well documented under NYC Llanto v. Nassar Kemel Sheta Esmail if you want more information. Justice for Ms. Llanto!!
What I immediately noticed was the lack of windows in this house. It's so claustrophobic and depressing, in my opinion. Do you ever check the local registrar/recorder's office to determine who the current owner of these properties is?
It was dark, number one because of the decor and two, the ceiling to floor windows to the back patio were boarded up, so there was no film of the view of the ocean between the kitchen and the two living rooms. He did film the door that opened to the patio.
My son was here today and turned on my Roku, and put on one of your episodes. I just watched this one. I love all the purple!! I'm in Fort Smith, Arkansas! New fan!!
I’m from Jacksonville NC also! Was looking for a beach scene theme in the house. Did not like the color profile but understood it’sa culture thing. Liked the architecture of the house though.
What another wonderful house. I loved the observatory I would stay up there all day. I would love a kitchen like that, it’s a great place to have party’s. It’s a shame people leave all their belongings behind, and the children’s toys they must of missed their favourite toy. I live in the UK our houses are smaller than the USA. Thank you for another fantastic find ❤😊
I’m from Oklahoma City. My favorite parts of the home, is the amazing Ocean view. And I loved that kitchen!! I didn’t care for the wood on the cabinets and other built ins, I think it is Teak wood. Very hard to care for. But the Kitchen itself, the size, its bones!! The appliances. And I loved the Grand stair case with the animal print carpet. The Master bedroom was pretty nice too, but the fridge and microwave in the bathroom…. That was just odd. And I love the observatory!!! What an amazing way to sit and think about God and his amazing creations!!! Thanks for the tour!!! Also, the floors, counter tops and around the showers, etc. was Marble, not Granite, or it appeared so to me.
It's so sad to see families leaving everything behind like that in this house heart breaking I gotta hand it to u how u respect each house u visit and tell the story behind it❤keep us posted as to what happens with these houses that are left. Do they get bought or what happens!
Bravo, another in depth look at an abandoned mansion. The game was backgammon, an expensive set at that. Grateful for your professional work, on every level and you put mileage in going over oceans. Fascinating on every level. Have I become a voyeur? Great channel gentlemen, you exceed expectations, always .
Every time I see that entry with the winding stairwell I can't help but visualize Al Pacino coming down with his machine gun saying, "Say hello to my leetle fren...!" It must be the purple on the walls.....😄
Watching from New Hampshire. Loved the observatory. The horrible zebra stuff was fugly! No accounting for taste! The kitchen was really cool too! Very cool video!! Thanks!!
This house is gorgeous. Sad to see how much was left behind. My favorite room is the observatory, make that into a bedroom. I'm watching from Ottawa Canada.
Love the respect you give to people's belongings! I have to say I just watched another tour of this same house and in between his video and yours some really horrible humans trashed that house. So sad. But you are appreciated, thanks for your great content ❤
I mean, it really really doesn’t matter. The house is gonna get foreclosed on anyway everything‘s gonna go in the garbage so who cares if they take the stuff I never understood why you guys are humming and hoeing about why stuff gets taken who cares they’re in a whole Nother country, they fled for tax evasion. Do you really think they care about this stuff being taken? No they owe $55,000 and back property taxes. Do you think they give a damn about taking some stuff out of this damn house and it’s just gonna go to the landfill anyway, so somebody might as well take it.
The fridge and microwave in the master bathroom was probably used to store baby formula or breast milk, and then heated up in the microwave, it would easier than going downstairs to the kitchen for a baby bottle at night, since there is a crib next to the bed.
I am sure you are right, we too have a fridge and microwave upstairs and a coffee station... Sometimes I think this young man should think more before he "guesses" what things are. There are amazing books regarding styles.
Leeaferrians said baby formula, I said coffee. Life is not good without coffee... so you get a grip. I think there is much to learn about a life style others than yours... I find it strange that in these very large homes, no one ever dedicated any rooms to servants. Do you really believe the lady of the house did her own vacuuming? I live in a small house, but have a housekeeper and cook ( not live in) but help is help.
Damn Bankz 😳 that mansion is amazing!! Great find and tour. 😍 I love the kitchen with all the super high quality appliances 😳 can’t imagine what that room alone cost!! I wonder what’s keeping this place from being sold if it was foreclosed on in 2014? Ten years of being abandoned can take its toll 😢 I live in a tiny mid-Michigan town and enjoy your work. 🙌🏻
Not a case of ditching them. When someone goes tits up/skint/broke… they have to take what they can. Sometimes will be locked out & will have limited space for their items as probably going to smaller property. Sometimes you’ve got to cut your losses & leave it all behind. Gym likely was not financial sense to take apart, move it all & reset it. 😅
The house belonged to Abdel Wadood. Everything was left there because police raided his house. He stole millions of dollars. He was able to make a 10 million bail. And his family was forced back into Egypt
I'm from Tasmania, Australia. Found your channel a couple weeks ago and I can't stop watching them! As a kid, I loved going through abandoned places, that was 30 odd years ago. Was so much fun. You see some amazing places which people once called home. 😊👍 Random thought, if the world became apocalyptic, and you had to choose one of the mansions you've gone through to hold up in, which would you choose? 🤔
Well I'll say this.....there's no accounting for taste. Thanks for the great video. Too bad at this point that place is a 100% teardown with all that mold, etc. Beyond repair.
Hey Bigbankz! What a find. Your FB “tease” had me intrigued so thank you for posting this! This house, in its heyday, must have been quite the vision! So much luxury going to waste. Just wanted to say big kudos to you and how much respect (towards the family) you put into this tour. Such a kind heart you share. Blessings always to you! Watching from CO!
That’s a player baby grand if you look at the disc player under the keyboard on the left, so it can be played manually or insert a special disc and it plays itself. ❤
Oh my your voice is so relaxing I always fall asleep and have to look at video again...super mansion love your channel best wishes and greetings from Ireland ✨☘️
Big banks great video. If you didn’t know, there is a hidden safe you didn’t show or didn’t know there was one behind the walk in closet shelf. The house also has an under bunker as well.
I think my favourite part was the master bedroom. I loved the furniture there. Also totally loved the 7 series BMW in the garage. Watching all the way from South Africa.
It’s funny how you can tell when people have never been around things no fault to their own they go and discover these houses and they don’t know what actually is cheap things or good things. They have no clue. They just have seen videos and watch stuff on TV and think all these things are expensive when reality this is just cheap junk, these are people that had some money, but they didn’t come for money the decorations they didn’t know what to do. They just went and bought a bunch of crap that they thought looked expensive.
It’s a catch 22. On the one hand, I’m so fascinated by the preservation of this abandoned home. It’s like a peak into history. On the other hand though, it’s (I’m) so sad that there is such available real estate AND living items such as furniture and children’s items that could go to so many in need.. Is there any organization in the US or abroad that advocates for abandoned property and/or living items like furniture etc that’s been left behind to get donated?
I cannot imagine why ANYONE would want anything so grossly overdone as this. I like nice things as much as the next person, but geez/Louise!!! Can you imagine have to keep a house like that CLEAN? Even if you had all that space to have friends/family come to stay with you at the beach, the space does not even make sense. You'd need a whole staff to just to keep up with the house, no way just a housekeeper alone would be enough. A maintenance man, grounds keeper, live in child care, cook..... the list goes on.
What a beautiful home love all of the rooms plus it’s by the ocean. Yes it’s sad seeing all of kids belonging. Seeing a refrigerator in the bathroom is a little odd. Thank you for sharing 😊
Coming to you live from Orlando. I used to explore abandoned mansions in Orlando when I was a kid before the internet unfortunately. Found a house in Altamonte springs back in the early nineties rumor had it the father killed his wife and two kids and then himself in the house. So we decided to go exploring it looked like the house from Gone with the Wind. So here's the funny thing there was an article in the newspaper several years later because somebody had bought the house and they were tearing it down. It was in a beautiful neighborhood on a lake. Come to find out the rumor about the father was untrue but the house was owned by somebody involved with the movie gone with The wind and The wrap party with all the stars from the movie Gone with the Wind was held at that house.
I work as a jewelry designer in a crystal store. I believe the first counter with the little opalescent spot, I think is either Rainbow Moonstone or Light Grey Flash Labradorite, and I believe the fireplace in the bedroom is orange onyx, but I could be wrong about both lol. ❤
I loved the first shot of the stairway with the beautiful chandelier. Coming in 2nd would be the primary bedroom with the gorgeous drapes. Thanks for a great tour.
I love that nobody mentioned the MASSIVE pool of dried blood all over the floor by the pool table, at first I thought it was puke but that is definitely blood, it looks like somebody was shot and bled out or brutally butchered there.
The previous owners of this house are also interesting, apparently, in 2004, the husband, former president of San Gennaro feast, is a member of the Bonanno crime family - an Italian-American Mafia crime family and one of the "Five Families" that dominates organized crime activities in NYC. His wife, Annette, also resigned from her position of treasurer in 2004 alongside her husband amidst the alleged mob ties investigation. After selling this house, the couple moved two minutes down the road, the house is registered in her name only.

Greetings from Phoenix, Arizona thanks for the great video! For me the home is gorgeous, but the interior decoration needs a BIG overhaul…lol😂 The colors are just too gaudy. The family should have went with more earth tone colors, warm and inviting. I would add some nice warm but rich wood flooring to complement the marble. The basement was giving me big Spec Ops: The Line vibes, looked like maybe it was really flooded at one time? My favorite part of the home was the kitchen, the appliances…😮💨🤤😍‼️👍
I will never understand why people just decide we are leaving and TAKE NOTHING WITH THEM 😩 in the 2008-2009 house crash my friend worked for a company in the Bay Area California 🌴 and they would go into each abandoned house to clean it up and she could not believe they did not take anything she said nice bedroom sets tv’s everywhere and kitchen fully stocked WOW ….
Hi there I love your Videos. You asked what we like the most of this house, well I am really honest with you absolutely nothing. For me this house looks like everything expensive thrown in there, to show off or whatever, without any kind of taste. I often saw such houses with golden everything with the main goal to show off, to show we have money, but absolutely tasteless. For me there is nothing warm and cozy in this house. I wouldn’t want it even if it was given to me for free. And the animal print stuff absolute no go. But great video, thanks. 😊
There could have been multi-generational family living there. When you saw multiple beds in a room, it could have been an Auntie’s and then a couple kids in a room.
Hi there I am a great admirer of all your videos watching you from New Zealand. Each and everyone is so entertaining never knowing what we are going to see next I just can’t imagine the feeling that you must get when you first enter these amazing places before you actuallyfilm for us to view thank you for sharing
I used to do REO clean outs, sales cleaning, winterizing, and mold removal. Every room in that house on the first floor needs mold removal done to it. That furniture isn't salvageable or if it is i wouldn't want it after having all those mold spores on it. That BMW was even moldy on the inside. I would love to do the clean up on that place though.
I just got this vibe after others verified they were a crime family, that these kids might be how they make the money. $3,400 in just school supplies? Idk it’s expensive, but that seems like between 15-20 kids! We have a huge issue with kids being sold off in America and honestly it sounds about like it. I felt sad seeing this it didn’t amaze me it scared me.
Too many WTF sections in this house... sad i had to scroll this far to see a comment that got close to my own thoughts. Would make Total sense how the upper bathroom with Bathtub and fancy pillars had been converted into a *saferoom* or as another person said a place to take care of multiple kids... without having to go up and don stairs... or to keep someone in a place being as luxurious as could be. the basement with the Steve mcqueen car bed in the corner the huge screen with the little zebra print seats. excess of mountain due water bottles everywhere. ofc the ninja fruit splatter of ribena juice at the pool table an in the kitchen also make me feel bad.. super tasty juice what a waste. just a whole lotta wtf going on.. FUGLY af house.. cheers for the video though.
Me too…. I want to know who is covering for them… I found a judge with the same name- Perry Cristenilli- so probably waiting to retire then claim his house since they share the same name… Banks don’t just let this happen/ the powers to be control all this …

This house has a dark & scary vibe
Think it was a murder there
No murders happened here.

Yes! Who were the owners???
It’s all in the comments.
Previous owners include Steven Segal.
Bonnano Mafia Crime Family.
That is exactly the first thing I noticed. The closure of the Ocean views.
It was dark, number one because of the decor and two, the ceiling to floor windows to the back patio were boarded up, so there was no film of the view of the ocean between the kitchen and the two living rooms. He did film the door that opened to the patio.
The fewer windows, the easier it is to cool the rooms. A rather reasonable solution for a sunny country.

What another wonderful house. I loved the observatory I would stay up there all day. I would love a kitchen like that, it’s a great place to have party’s.

This place was UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Great video❤ That bathroom was awesome too. SW Michigan here. Be safe , God bless💜

The wealthy tossing away million-dollar house like tossing out a used coat. Just go buy another one somewhere else.

I'm floored who just can ditch all these super expensive items let alone a mansion. If only I could be that well off.. INSANE!!!!
I thought the same at first. But then I imagined WHAT had forced them to run like that! It must’ve been something extremely horrible 🫣

That purple couch upstairs is a dangerous death drop for all those kids in the house. All kids climb on couches and look down. How crazy
It just screams people with lots of cash and no sense of style or taste.
I love your channel! You're so respectful! QUESTION: how do you have access to get inside? Just take a chance?
the board game is backgammon. the furnishings are not expensive at all especially the lighting, very cheap decor, but, nice video!😃
The basement was more than likely flooded at some point in time. Being on the beach it makes sense. Good explore.
I don’t know, but when developers buy these houses, in this condition these items are likely to get either sold or donated.
I don’t know, but when developers buy these houses, in this condition these items are likely to get either sold or donated.
and 2 months ago a developer bought it and is clearing (not specified how, but likely sold/donated) of the items
