I’m not A Mercedes fan-boy. But... You cannot deny that this engine deserves the engine of the year award. This power from a stock 2.0 4 banger is absolutely insane!

@@DomyDrummer ferrari, for example, produce v12 engines and also make ridiculous hp and yet rumour is their engines also die at 50k :))
@@Stormify5 well that might be true and their relationship to customers is the worst, you can fact check that and I wouldn‘t be surprised if their engines have a short life span on purpose NONETHELESS you can‘t deny that this huge amount of power on small 2.0L Mercedes engine can last long. So small engines can‘t endure that huge amount of power for a long time

@@Zergling777 nah because its a top of its kind amg and the cls isnt available as such. You can only get the cls as 53 amg which is entry level big car amg. But that cla here is a 45 which is the top class amg for smaller cars. Thats why its way more insane. Designwise you have to compare cla35 to cls53. But since theres no cls63 anymore, the cla45 looks better than the cls, which is only available as entry level car.

It pulls really hard without any stress to 277 km! For a 4 cylinder engine this is truly impressive.

@@nikolausulreich1547 check the speedometer, it says february or march. He also said winter morning. This is before all the insane countermeasures due to corona. Autobahn isn't always full, besides that he is an experienced driver.

I fully appreciate a 45 model with this engine（actually I love it），however，I don't appreciate a 63 model with a 4 cylinder engine as much as I like this engine. That is just a disaster.
There is no 63 Model with 4 cylinders at Mercedes. The 45 amg's all have 4 cylinders, while the 63 amg' all have 8 cylinders.

Hi, I drive VW 7 GTI, stage 1, 303 KM, 445 Nm, no adaptive dumpers. How is the suspension hardness in comfort mode and loudness compared to the Golf? I need a slightly bigger, a bit more comfy car for my double 700 trips once in three weeks, and I like the idea of this car especially as Shooting Break ,as I like to carry my telescope etc. Is it really t hat laud and stiff?
The power from that 2.0 is insane but I don't understand it's placement... by the look of the cover it seems to be in front of the front axle and I don't know if this is a good thing for the handling...

Do you really think they will use this exgine in the new C63? From what i understand they should be going with a hybridization as you said, based on this engine but on a v8 formation. Meaning that it will have 2 of these 4 pots. What do you think, does this make sense?
It is a seven speed auto gearbox , in comfort mode it shifts to 7 but it race mode it sticks to 6 th gear even at 277km/h .
Does the gearbox programmes to use only 6th gears in race or sport mode ?
