The guy is actually right here. Tadka requires spices hence, spicy. English language does not have a proper word for "teekha" So the word "hot" is used for the burning sensation from chillies. So yes, all tadkas are spicy but not necessarily "hot", also, spicy and hot are used synonymously so the confusion is understandable on both ends.

Yes I have seen it. The liquid runs up to the elbow and drips. With their dark hands and white cure running all over the arm , I almost vomited. So disgusting. At that time I was I coimbatore. I have seen many states where this dahi chawal are eaten. Including mine. But never seen such disgusting eating habits like those of your muttuswami people. 🤮🤮
