I wish you'd do more of this kind book videos! But please show us more samples and pictures :) Loved the video! What patterns are you wearing in the video, Kate?
There is a bit more stuff in the blog post that goes with it , there is a link above of you can get it here: thefoldline.com/2020/02/15/make-it-simple-book-review-from-tillly-and-the-buttons/
I Love this book! I have all 3 and I think this is my favourite. My favourite is the dungarees or the button up pinafore dress. Will both get lots of wear. Might give my Stevie and Cleo a break 🤣🤣🤣 xx
I could have written this myself. Completely agree. Feels like it was cut short. I am glad size range has increased but not yet inspired enough to buy the book!
I purchased make it simple. I have no printer so need to rely on the traceable patterns. They are a nightmare. I have had 4 friends try to figure them out to no avail. Would love to make the safiya pants. PLEASE HELP.
It is such a pity that no more effort is made to not print sewing book(s) in Dutch (anymore). Sewing in your own language is not always easy, certainly not in another language. 🙄 (love at first stitch was her only Dutch edition) individual sewing patterns have also become terribly expensive. (this is translated by Google translate) 😊 😉
I immediately ordered the book after watching this!
had my book arrive yesterday 13th its fab already have the Olivia cut ready to sew up xx
I'm definitely going to buy the book now. Kate you look lovely.
I bought her book and I received last week. It is beautiful and I am looking forward to starting sewing something
Kate what were you wearing and I've got my book but would have liked to see all the samples great video.

Love the concept of this book brilliant idea, great interview
A very interesting video but found the background noise very distracting also would have liked to have seen the rest of the garments.

Lovely book. I like the Olive pinafore particularly. My goddaughter ( a beginner sexist) loved it and ordered it as well. 😃👍🏻

Hi Kate, love your pinafore. Which pattern did you use?
Does it book tells how to use a zipper or buttons
This book would also be good for retirees.
Who have lots of time to sew? Mind you, there is always a time when something fast and dirty hits the spot
Do you have a list of fabric made in uk ...i want to support uk industry with my sewing ..thank you x
What size range does the book cover?
I should have waited - size six to 24 - brilliant.
Disappointed with the book and it is going back......just nothing in it that I want to make.
A beginner sewer🤣🤣🤣
