Awesome Video! Was looking for an easy anti-depression exercise video. I found lots of boring ones that just talk about exercise. Luckily I found this one, nice and easy yet productive, no excessive talking about whatever (although I'm sure whatever this guy says would be good!). I managed half of the routine today, I'll be back tomorrow and forever, this vid is perfect!

I really can't thank you enough🙏🙏🤍, this video is so underrated i wish more people could find it ,and i feel so lucky that i found it , finally a beginner friendly+ real time lenght workout video without jumping and without complicated hard moves it's easy to follow all the moves and still makes you sweat and burn calories and have energy this 30min video actually gave me hope, i suffer from depression & anxiety + rotator cuff tear and i wasn't motivated because all the videos i saw and the workouts i try they all feel hard and complicated or have jumping which hurt my shoulder injury and makes my heart feel like exploding or just actually boring but this is the first time i actually completed a full workout yayyy 🎉🎉 and it's simple easy and have variety of moves and i actually felt like iam dancing not working out which made me feel great because i love dancing even though i can't dance 😂 and i really feel so comfortable and excited after doing it and it was so fun doing it like now i realize iam not that hopless and bad i just never found a workout that really suits me and can give me these good vibes , the music + your moves + your smile really made this workout really fun and motivating, i hope you make more videos like this and i hope you reach millions of views, likes and subscribes because you really deserve it 🤍🤍God bless you .
