About MN Karassery
Mohiyuddin Nadukkandiyil Karassery aka M N Karassery is a prominent writer, orator and social critic. He hails from Karassery in Kozhikode. After completing MA and MPhil in Malayalam, he joined Government Arts and Science College in Kozhikode as Malayalam lecturer in 1978. In 1993, he earned a PhD from Calicut University. Chekanoorinte Rektham, Thunjanparambile Bleach, Pranayaharsham, Malabar Kalapam, Nalam Lokam, Shareeath Chila Varthamanangal, Nireekshanathinte Rekhakal, Paadantharam, Nammude Munnile Kannadikal, Ummamarkku Vendi Oru Sankadaharji, Vargeeyathakkethire Oru Pusthakam, Thelimalayalam, Anubhavam Oru Orma and Pidakozhi Koovaruthu are some of his published works.

മാഷ് ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചത് ജനസംഖ്യ വച്ചു നോക്കുമ്പോൾ ഇത്രയധികം വരുന്ന ഒരു സമൂഹത്തെ മതത്തിന്റെ പേരിൽ ഭാരത്തിൽ നിന്നു പോകണമെന്നു പറയുന്നതു എത്ര വലിയ അനീതിയാണ്‌ എന്നാണു. ഹിന്ദുക്കൾ ഭുരിപക്ഷമുള്ളതു കൊണ്ടാണ് ഇന്ത്യ ഹിന്ദുക്കളുടേതാവണമെന്നു വാദിക്കുന്നതെങ്കിൽ അവഗണിക്കാനാവാത്ത ഒരു സംഖ്യ മുസ്ലിങ്ങളും ഇന്ത്യയിലുണ്ട് എന്നോർക്കണം . ഹിന്ദു വർഗീയത ഭാരതത്തിനുള്ളിൽ മുസ്ലിംകളെ രണ്ടാംകിട പൗരന്മാരായി കണ്ടപ്പോൾ , മുസ്ലിം വർഗീയത മത രാഷ്ട്രത്തിനുവേണ്ടി വാദിച്ചു. മാഷു പറഞ്ഞ മുസ്ലിം ജനസംഖ്യ അവർക്കും ഭാരതത്തിന്മേലുള്ള അവകാശത്തെ എതിർക്കാനാവാത്ത വിധം സാധുകരിക്കുന്നു. എങ്കിലും വർഗീയതയും അധികാരമോഹവും മൂലം ഇരുപക്ഷവും മാതൃഭൂമിയെ വെട്ടിമുറിച്ചു .
മത രാഷ്ട്ര വാദം എന്ന ആസംബന്ധത്തെ തുറന്നു കാട്ടുകയാണ് അദ്ദേഹം .

Syria/Pakistan/Yemen - Sunnis vs Shia, India - Hindus vs Muslims, US - Whites vs Black, Myanmar - Budhists vs Muslims, Japan - Budhists vs Christains, Russia/China - Communists vs Religions, Europe - Christains vs Jews, etc. It can be religion, casts, language, colour, migration, or anything thats majority population against minority populatio. Its rather a psychological supremacy that majority feel, and sovial orveconomic difficulties are blamed on minorities. They believe the problems are because the resources are wasted on unwanted minorities.

Gandhi himself was a extremist in the sense that he would impose his opinions and decisions on everyone using manipulative methods such as " fasting unto death" whenever he did not get his way. So many Indians naturally got fed up with his " my way or highway" attitude and fasting strategy for the same. Especially after the partition of India leading to death and deprivation of millions of human beings people were getting fed up of Gandhi's indifference to the suffering of the masses. Gandhi sided with Muslims at the expense of Hindus in a very crooked way. All of this caused a lot of resentment among Hindus who rightly feared that Gandhi will trample on Hindus to implement his infinite appeasement plan for Muslims.
Ignoring all the complex problems posed by Gandhi's manipulativeness Karsseri is glorifying Gandhi as a real Mahatma who had every right to take Hindus for a ride.
