classic blues call and response licks , right? I think that's the basic of the blues . This song is awesome to be get to learn this basic blues calla and response stuff, like for example, "I'm checkin' up on my baby" by Sonny Boy Williamson
Thanks Tomlin this is my first blues piece im trying on harmonica!! Jimmy Reed is a great start! I wish to see more Reed Transcriptions you have Honest I do also. Reed seems to be a piece of cake but he is not! most of all he has lovely blues tunes to sing on the guitar, but with harmonica they are amazing!!!
why on the tabs do the notes go left to right High to low? Confusing to me as all other tab charts follow the way the actual harp holes are. Thanks for the great lesson none the less.
hi tomlin, i see in the thumbnail what looks like a suzuki olive. i really love the way they look and ordered one the other day, but I'd like to know, in your opinion how is it compared to the manji?
+sb792079 they are exactly the same internally. The only difference is the colour and the cover plate shape. The cover plates on the Olive are closed at the sides which makes it easier to cup.

Jimmy Reed is my idol. I’ve wanted to play the licks in HONEST I DO for so long. Can you show us how it is done?

Jimmy Reed was not in the Little Walter league but what he did play worked for him. It's achievable for an average harp player
Parabéns pelo material, acompanho a algum tempo seu canal e gosto muito!
Awesome! You maybe could do one of his high octave tabs in future? Like, Honest I Do for example
+Pspisripoff excellent idea - I will add it to the list!

Yes sir you must be out of business can not get tabs bac trac ! 8yrs ago maybe. Deleted ?? Help
For clarification, there is in fact a turn around in the song, but it's done by guitar not harmonica. In the original it's quite and subtle.
Very true Jay - well spotted :-)
Why so many draw notes on the four chord, when it is in A and he is playing an A harmonica?
it seems like only have 11 bar?
