The company that I interviewed with said they would pay be commission for every demo that was booked by the account executive. Should I be getting a bonus every time a set up an appointment with an account executive too?

I have a question please If you work in selling online marketing solutions for businesses where they can grow their business online and you manage the sales team and managers, train and help in interviewing , mentoring and coaching and also work with the account managers , also with the technical department that they work on the clients campaign to insure customer is happy and help in giving solutions if the customer is unhappy , what would be this role called , director of sales development ???!

I have been getting offers from SDR training academy such as SV Academy. SV Academy offers to train and hook you up with a company that pays over $70k per year. The catch is that you must pay a hefty amount if the academy finds you a job that pays over $45k in the amount of $10,000. 4 weeks of SDR training and a job hook up for $10,000. Is this really necessary? Is there a better way to train myself to land this position?
You could take some sales training online and apply yourself as an entry-level SDR. It's not necessary to go through a bootcamp if you don't want to. But they may help when it comes to finding and getting job interviews. You can also try recruiting agencies that specialize in SDR placement as well.
