    I know IT Support, not going there again, but a great way to get into the field. I'm moving into Project Mgt, which you can take you everywhere! I'm going to use it for my nonprofit. Sounds like this will be a great course!

    Muhammad ibn Musa al-Khwarizmi was a Persian mathematician, astronomer, astrologer geographer and a scholar in the House of Wisdom in Baghdad. Al-Khwarizmi developed the concept of the algorithm in mathematics, which is a reason for him being called the grandfather of computer science.

      These concepts were taken from the india scholar when muslim people invaded india , there are books in india more than 10000 years old regarding complex arithmatic ,Trignometry , calculus etc

      Some of the buildings older than 10000 years old exist ,they used complex mathematics to make them ex :- ellora caves building ( carved the whole building out of the mountain with full precisely

      @@Crypto-mi1hk yeah but Al Khwarizmi took that knowledge and concepts and expanded upon it, further developed it and simplified it so it could be implemented in practical use.
      That's how science typically work btw

    At the moment ., calendar activities are base on CET time (European) but registration is only enabled to US residents. Furthermore., the proposal of these courses is really good taking on mind empower online networking and services.

    uhm, Turing did not invent the Enigma machine, that box was actually what the Germans used, he was the one who worked on breaking the code

      These kind of things are what we call information warfare , censoring the knowledge so that people knows what they really want you to know ,which is half cooked history facts .
      Same way as in the end of the video this person while explaining the user importance uses She instead of He ,and trying to make it as normal
      Information warfare is real

    A little insight : Make sure you research the company and there requirements. Jump into getting certs / degree with realizing what they ask would be a waste of money on certs .

      Step one Audit the course so you have access to the course materail in coursera
      Step two Once your ready get the free trial that coursera provides
      Step three Pass the test to get the coursera cert
      Step four Profit
      The idea that you can get a cert from a high profile org like google and show it to your employers is a good stepping stone to people who cant afford the Comptia certs and CCNA certs.

      I have started data analytics course as I have experience in Computer science but anyone can do it I think. But if you have no prior experience with IT you can definitely go IT support course . Courses offered by Google are straight forward and easy to follow unlike other courses where theory is given more importance ,whereas in google it's more about practical aspect of knowledge

    Did Alan Turing really help to DEVELOPE the Enigma machine? I thought he helped successfully decrypting messages, which were encrypted by the germans with the Enigma machine.

      yes but not just that. i believe he writes the foundational concept of ai or ml that we use today. he has a book. there are many things that wasnt cocered in this video.

    I do not think the change of keyboard to phone screen would work. I see so many error and misspellings even in news papers sites, and i can tell is the misspelling of a touch screen. I believe keyboard is the most efficient way and we should move on to solve other issues because the keyboard it was already figure out.

    What is average salary getting in India?
    Is it possible to get this job without degree in India?
    Which is best for good career? (IT support or Software developer)

      Hi Vishal , I work at Infosys India ,and believe me skilling by doing courses is really valued there. I don't know someone who has been hired based on Google or online certificates but if you build a strong portfolio I won't be surprised if any company hires you.
      Any day I would value online course more than College course ,given its done from credible sources

      You refresh your memory with everything with a little studying and go for the A+ CompTIA Exams, that means core one and core two

    I learned plenty about networks, but I haven't heard from any employers after passing the google IT certificate program. Disappointed because I saw that jewish vocational services has a program for it that students learn and then get placed. I am over 60 years.
