I've successfully quit suboxone and methadone if anyone needs advice.
How did you quit the subs? Just stopped and cold turkey'd it or did you taper down at all?? Did you use anyyhing to help come off? Im currently on 8mgs, for 5 yrs now. I wanna get off, but I am not just gonna jump off. I plan on tapering. Even now I dont take the full dose sometimes, sometimes I'll take half(4mgs). The docs dont seem to want to help me come down or get off, so I'll do it myself. I have a stash of subs that I saved up back when I was relapsing few yrs ago. I can prob taper myself down. Any thoughts? Thanks!!
