My kids are adults my youngest just turned 18 and graduated and my daughter is 24 my oldest son is 29 and I have 2 grandsons and a granddaughter on the way

I don't like many of the pre-made sleepytime teas in tea bags. So I buy loose herbs to make my own sleepytime tea with a mixture of chamomile, lemonbalm & calendula. I add licorice root & fennel &/or anise for flavor. Hope that helps!
How much subs and how long?
I been using "calm sleep" its a magnesium supplement with L theanine, gaba and melatonin. its a powder. Helps!
Its called the bernise method taking 1/8th of aub came from germany or awitzerland... it worked for me too
Does your brother smoke weed? I think weed may just add to depression & anxiety. So may be best to just get off of it. Replace it with all the hobbies & activities you mentioned.👍

Theres a huge difference between you and your brother. You complain a lot and focus on the bad. And that's ok. Derek doesn't do that. You can see in his vids that he's more positive. You're making it harder on yourself than it has to be. You focus on how bad things are without the drug whereas Derek remembers how miserable life was with it. Not saying that you never say that, but you can see the difference. You're so miserable all the time when the fact is misery was that freaking drug. Both your pasts are totally different which is why you're hating yourself and Derek doesn't but that's the whole point. You need to love yourself by stepping out of your self and seeing how truly powerful you really are. Until you stop being tormented by your past which is done and gone and loving the real Kurt, that ain't gonna happen.
I totally agree, I used to watch this dude, but I kinda had to stop. Al he does is bitch and complain and feel sorry himself, got old...hopefully he gets some help or find a way to quit complaining so much
Yeah absolutely right man but honestly it's just my outlet that I have to talk on it cuz if I don't do it and speak on this then I'm telling nobody so honestly going on TH-cam live and admitting is how I would handle that kind of situation but I'm going to start using this channel basically just to show my life living sober and how dope it can be in a week will be in Puerto Rico and I'll hit some live streams there so yes expect the positivity brother thank you and love you
What the hell kind of comment is this?! He’s just being honest with himself and who he is. The alternative is putting on a fake happy smiley positive spin on everything when you’re not feeling it. Just let the man speak his truth; this comment was unnecessarily negative and personal.
