My dog has epilepsy he has a seizure every 4 to 6 weeks once he has the seizure a short time later he is fine. Unless she has some rare form of epilepsy, one seizure is not a diagnosis of epilepsy produce a report from a neurologist.
Had the court not repeatedly given her a second chance, we wouldn't be here now. Defendant obviously believes that these matters are unimportant. Why? Because the court kept extending deadlines, implying that they too felt it was unimportant. Bad idea.

This hearing drove me nuts! Way too many people just interjecting while others are talking. It’s like they are all competing to talk and it makes the entire hearing feel chaotic and unprofessional. I like the judge but I’ve seen other judges do a much better job at controlling the flow by clearly delineating who should be speaking through prompting - not this “every man for himself” approach.
