    This woman is a liar and a scammer. I love how she gives herself away by her comments. She says she doesn't know how to act on Zoom, but talks about breakout rooms like a pro. Then she claims to not understand basic terms like trial... but then insists her civil rights were violated... all while demanding her attorney be black. This lady is so arrogant. She thinks people don't see right through her. Plus, she has an extensive criminal history...she's well aware of how this works.

    Men are not always scarier Mike, you clearly have not met my wife. She's a State Social Worker and she scares me and I'm retired law enforcement and have seen combat.

    Decorum in court is eroding away in some places. Jails are overcrowded with idiots and Sov. Citiots. Give them contempt and fine them. That should fix it, if not, send them to the cross bar hotel. The next day they might have a whole different attitude.

      Felt sorry for the cop as he is going to be in the line of fire during the trial. Can’t see her just sitting quietly at the defendants table while that racist white cop lies about her on the stage - er I mean stand

    Testicle festivals are very fun! I was to several when I lived in Montana. Rocky Mountain Oysters are really good, if cooked properly.

    We had a class in high school called civics.. they taught us about court and we put on a mock trial. It was very fun. We used a real case and learned stuff too

    Why would someone need to be told how to act on Zoom? An adult (and most children, really) would be polite and considerate and would dress appropriately for whatever the occasion is. Civility is very simple, and does not cost a person anything.

    Mike! I have a suggestion for you - keep an eye out for a case in Nevada, the state v. Robert Telles. He's wanting to represent himself, and has shown severe narcissistic behaviors. Also, he is (or was) a lawyer - so he'd definitely be entertaining.

    I have a quick question.... it seemed like the judge was super quick to accept a jury trial... does that mean that if it goes south for the defendant she can get a larger penalty? Since its raising cost and what not? If so thats pretty funny the judge was like yeah you deserve a little reality check
