Judge Manning is incredibly skilled in affording understanding, dignity, and fair hearing to the least empowered amongst us. She will go to great pains to make the best attempt at gleaning the facts aside from all the delays, incompetence, emotion, and confusion with the process. Sometimes it hurts a little that Mike laughs at her efforts. It's WHY she is a great judge, and what would exclude Mike from consideration.

I had a German Shepherd when I was at college. I made sure to train and socialize him with neighbors and friends, and took him to hand-command school. He broke a small front window to chase away someone robbing my next door neighbor! The neighbor bought him snacks and toys and my landlord paid to fix the window. A well-trained dog is a asset, a un-trained dog is a liability.

Toward the end of the video, you can see the migraine creeping up her head, as her face becomes deeper shades of red. I don't know how these judges sort out these cases, but, in the words of my late father, "Duct tape and bubble wrap. You wrap them up with duct tape, and lock them in a room where the walls are lined with bubble wrap, until they wear themselves out."

Either way, I can understand how/why some people might not like her style. However, I think everyone can agree that she takes cases involving children very seriously. If you're ever watching a case where there is child abuse of any kind, she gets very upset--not verbally, usually, but you can see the pain and empathy and concern written all over her face.

    A blood draw story.
When my daughter was a child, she had to have a lot of blood draws. She (tiny thing she was) was on one chair and a grown man in the chair next to her. A new tech was worried that she would be scared to get her blood drawn. The head tech laughed because she had it done so much he had nicknamed her Vampire. I know, really the opposite of what he called her was being completed. As they were fussing over her; the man in the chair next to her had passed out and had slid out of his chair and onto the floor.😮 The funny part was they hadn't even started his blood draw. Apparently, his watching my daughter's blood draw was too much for him to take.He didn't get hurt, and it was all pretty funny. It was so hard not to laugh out loud.
I am sorry for the novel I just wrote and any typos. Have a great day !!

When they told him he needed one, I walked out of the room and started crying. I knew it hurt. He took it like a champ but we always hated for each other to get hurt

The lady has a large pit bull that he's afraid of, yet his wife seems to be the pit bull that she's afraid of. If the apartment allowed her to have the dog then is issue is with the apartment complex, not the tenant. If she's a single lady, if she feels more comfortable with a more aggressive breed of dog (especially if the neighborhood is rough) then that's her prerogative. It takes about 30 days to close on the house, not sure how he's doing a walk through and he's not even in closing yet. His wife clearly cannot keep her mouth closed, with the judge so I can only imagine how she acts outside the presence of a judge.

After another incident, I did call and they said they're not stupid and I should have called then too because they can tell the difference. If you were so scared of your abusive husband, and you finally get away. You live STATES away. So scared you think he will beat you to death. So you are finally safe, 100s of miles away. Now, when you see on a doorbell camera that he has a new girlfriend, would you call him up after SEVEN MONTHS of being away, threaten to kill him and have his head on a platter. Then in your ABSOLUTE FRIGHT you'd hop on a plane and FLY 100S OF MILES, then beat down his door WITH A PIPE AT ONE IN THE MORNING! Your absolute petrified FRIGHT then would inspire you to kick his girlfriend out of HIS HOUSE, and REFUSE TO LET HIM LEAVE! How could someone so fearful come to their abusers house at 1am, start a fight, illegally kick his girlfriend out of the house, and KIDNAP your abuser by not letting him leave.
