I think only a photographer who has sat out there praying the weather gods would be kind and provide a stunning sunset can really understand your excitement. I've been there so many times waiting for such an evening and been disappointed. I really loved the production on this one as well as the end result. That panorama especially was just fantastic! Well done as always Adrian. Good on you! :)
RM Lewis thanks so much for your kind comment I really appreciate it. I was having an ordinary run of luck for both sunrise and sunsets here. I wasn’t complaining though cause Tasmania really needed the rain. So to get that one last shot before I jetted out and grab those shots was all worth the 3 day wait. Many thanks for watching 👍🙏🙏🙏
Thanks so much for watching. Yeah I was pretty excited while this was all happening. I was trying to keep a lid on it, but I think it spilled over on camera. Just an amazing sight to experience 👍🙏📸
Another great video Adrian. Intense landscape photography action! Beautiful shots you got there. Loved the portrait and panorama. Can't go past a good pano! Bay of Fires is such an awesome location and happy you got some spectacular conditions to finish your trip. Thanks so much for sharing. Great work.
Many thanks Mike. It was all going on that afternoon. Wish I could have swung around and got a composition with that double rainbow. But I knew if I relocated I would have lost the best of the light where I was and never got that pano. Cheers mate and have a great week 👍🙏

Many thanks for watching Paul. Yeah it was a bit of drama running for it. Thought I'd cut the vid that style to match. 2.5 dud days, then bang a cracker sunset to send me off home. Was glad it worked out in the end 🙏😀
Great work as always Adrian!!, beautiful sunset and amazing double rainbow !!!, the place is amazing!!, thanks for sharing, great like 6 for you, enjoy the weekend.

Really enjoyed this one Adrian. Great drama and emotion .. which of coarse is what it's all about. I very much enjoyed your Tassie videos .. well done.
Thanks so much Richard. I was pretty happy to be in that environment at the right time. Tasmania is so beautiful and I want to go back there more to explore the forests, other waterfalls and maybe do the hike to Cradle Mountain. Cheers mate, have a great week.
That was amazing Adrian I can sense the excitement on your voice when explaining the conditions. Awesome also great that you had your wife filming because this would have been impossible by yourself. Stunning location....
Thank you very much for watching. Yeah I was pretty excited on this one. Had a feeling the sky was going to do something special. Glad I ran for it when I did. 🙏📸
Epic is an over used word nowadays but that's exactly what describes that sunset. What added to the drama was your clear emotions matched by how you presented the vlog. One of the best I've seen for a long time. Amazing! Thanks for sharing Mate and take care, 👍📸
Thanks so much Rob I really appreciate your kind comment. It was all happening that afternoon that's for sure. I almost thought I was going to miss it coming out of my accom, but it all worked out in the end. Cheers mate and have an awesome weekend. 👍🙏
Great story-telling Adrian. What an absolutely awesome ability to set the viewer with anticipation. Great use of the different camera angles and keeping the interest up while setting up for the composition. And, lastly...wonderful photographs. Absolutely epic! Sensory overload in all directions! Congratulations! These are the types of conditions we dream of. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you very much Steven. I really appreciate your kind comments always. Yes, everything was going off that afternoon. Didn't know which way to turn. Just happy I got some shots in the end so I could go home satisfied the next day 🙏
Excellent sunset pictures! This is one area I specialize in. I have taken over 365 spectacular sunsets, from the same spot, over the last three years. Clouds definitely make the best colorful sunsets. I wouldn't shoot if it was overcast or clear. I like doing this because no sunset will ever be the same. Each one is infinitely unique, and I like documenting them!
Absolutely phantastic shots there Adrian. I just imagine to have one of these enlarged and nicely framed on the wall. Tasmania is on my list for next year if I have money left after going to Germany in April. I am learning soo much from watching your videos. Carl
Thanks for watching Carl. Yes, I have sold many prints from that afternoon, mainly the panorama shot. Was so lucky to be there when this happened. Cheers
Wow! What a beautiful sunset! Your photos were phenomenal! I really loved the reality show feel at the beginning of your video. I felt like I was watching the Discovery channel. Thanks for taking us on the journey with you!
Thanks so much Walter for watching. It was a great trip, topped off with that sunset shoot at the end. Had a lot of fun making it. Always appreciate your kind comments and glad you enjoyed the video 😀👍🙏📸

Really nicely put together as usual. I'm happy that you were able to experience it. Seems I always have my camera when a sunset is poor and don't have it handy when a sunset is great. LOL
Phil Thach thanks Phil for watching. A few days disappointment that lead to one great one. Good enough odds for me 😂 I was really excited when that sky lit up 👍🙏
Thank you so much Kathleen, I really appreciate your kind comment. It's funny you mentioned the pano because next week's video is about how I put it together in Lightroom. Have an awesome day 🙏😀
Fantastic Vlog Adrian and summed up landscape photography perfectly. How many times do you stand there waiting for that light only for it to die off! All worth while when you get days like that. So glad you did the pano, my favourite out of a bunch of favourites!👍👍
Really appreciate you watching Scott. I know all photographers can relate to the frustration of missing that light. Was so happy it all timed out perfectly. Any earlier and the sun wouldn't have got under it and any later the cloud would have moved out to sea. I agree the pano was a keeper. Cheers mate and thank again for your kind comment 👍🙏

Thanks for watching James. I love Scotland. There is something about it that I just connect to. I looked back into my family history and surprisingly learned my Great Great Grandfather came from the Highlands. Guess it's in my blood that I feel like I'm home there in the mountains. Enjoy your day 🙏
