Great video Raad. I think all the communities that you covered are great places to live. For anyone looking for a lot to build on, it is important that they get a good visual on all lots they are considering as the topography in and around New Braunfels is unique which does play a part in build cost. I would also advised seeking out reputable builders to get up to date build costs.

100%. The prettier the view, the more money

Very nice overview, Raad!! While the "City" of New Braunfels is 45 sq miles, I believe that doesn't cover the extraterritorial jurisdiction. Vintage Oaks is just over 6 sq miles and enjoys much lower taxes due to not being incorporated. Outside of the "top amenities," low taxes play one of the biggest benefits living in VO. Well worth the $70 month HOA.

Good morning Raad, glad to see you are doing well. May I ask if you have any knowledge of restaurants coming up on Klein Road

@raadalawanrealtor i appreciate your honesty but on the flipside seems for some strange unknown reason the Creekside area has become saturated with lil restaurants and they just avoid growing over on the Klein Road side of the city. I say that because I personally am growing tired of all that traffic over in that side of town and that's because we have a new high school, middle school and 3 elementary schools over here. Don't know who is making all those decisions or who they are trying to impress but it sure isn't the residents on this side of town. It's just amazing how all these home builders are in a race to build homes and forget to build eateries around here

@@amadordhinojosa1146 first rooftops, then retail. All in time. That sports park under construction will be a game changer in that area, bringing more commercial development. The Economic Development Corporation has set aside 25 acres for commercial.

@raadalawanrealtor WOW!!! Do you honestly think 25 acres is enough because all these subdivisions have slowly gone into Guadalupe County which is the county I belong to but live within the 78130 Zipcode. It's really gotten out of hand because the traffic is becoming insane. I am retired but from time to time have to attend Veterans Medical appointments it literally takes me 20 to 30 minutes to reach Interstate 35 and I am sure it's going to get worse

      @ it’s 25 acres you didn’t have before.
