    I’m surprised that some of those Lott’s are even for sale to begin with. And though I already have a home. This is good information to have.

      Me too. But sometimes buyers double up on lots for buffer between neighbors.

      @@Wilkie-dickman that's east of 35 from san antonio to dallas and it's been like that since the beginning of time. That's why they're 42 inch communities. Builders have to dig deeper on that side vs. the bedrock side west of 35.
