      NBISD schools around or above 2, most Comal ISD school areas are below 2.

      Perry is always building. They haven’t stopped

    In my opinion they built a lot of new houses in New Braunfels that they can't sell and these are not houses that will not age well, all fake brick facade etc. and in outlying areas

      exterior is decorative here, we don't live in the midwest, where brick is actually a part of the home. Opinion aside, what happened is rates more than doubles, and buyer demand went down. this has happened a few times in the history of real estate. it's nothin new. builders continue to build because they have loans from the bank to build, so they use the money or give the money back. Bottom line rates are higher, demand is lower, homes sit. New Braunfels has a lot of land to build on, we're not land locked, so that's WHY we have so much inventory. Builders keep building, demand remains lower.

    Anything in the area with a 3 car garage minimum, (RV garage preferred), 3000+ sqft single story and enough back yard space for a pool?

    Which high school is parkside development by?

      Depends. Long Creek is closest, but that new school is I believe only freshman and sophomores this year. Then they'll add junior next year, and seniors the following year. It's New Braunfels Independent School District. Call the district to confirm
