@raadalawanrealtor The issue with Vintage Oaks are restrictions, HOA, for the most part no natural gas, and government regulated septic systems; the pace is a money pit! You have an RV you must build a matching garage to the main structure. It is ashame that you can live on average yet be ruled by an HOA to the degree of it does not feel like your home. The few homes that do offer natural gas are all on smaller lots.
