Funny story:
I was at the dentist getting my regular checkup and the dentist put on a random movie. It was Up, and I’ve never seen it before and I was interested. I got to the part where Carl’s wife died and I started tearing up. This happened when that light thing was pointing at my face and the dentist said, “Is it too bright for you?” But then she looked up at the tv and said, “Hahaha, it’s ok, I cried at this part too.”

I was sick one of the first few days I had known my boyfriend at the beginning of a new school year. I told him one morning about how much I love the song and he surprised me by playing it on his piano. I think that opening scene from when Carl is a kid to when he's old is one of _the best_ scenes in any film. It's just so emotional, wholesome, devastating, and hard-hitting. I love it so much
