Shalom. Thank you 119 ministries. Sharing I am Torah observant, not by my own but with the help of The Holy Spirit ( with Him it is easy ) A few years back I have learn to make friend with the Holy Spirit, n He has helped me differentiate between keeping Heavenly Father's Torah n avoid men's doctrines n traditions. Since Heavenly Father has given us all HIS SPIRIT through Yeshua to teach n guide n help us grow spiritually, I think it is a good idea to learn from Holy Spirit also, because Holy Spirit knows us better than we know yourself n will be able help individually at our pace. From personal experience very day is a joy😊😊😊. Shalom, shalom brothers n sisters. ELOHIM REIGNS😊😊😊

I was Catholic for 16yrs, New Age 3yrs, OSAS 25yr, John 8:11 6.5yrs, and then just 10 months ago, I learned about the Torah movement. It was overwhelming, so I found "The 613" paintings by Archie Rand to look up every verse. I saw that it was going to be very easy for me to transition from Go and Sin NO More. I bought The Halleluyah Scriptures in May, and your channel has been very helpful 🎉 I really appreciate how straightforward and non-emotional your teachings are, whereas others get so angry.

I can relate to your experiences. Most of my life I went from church to church, spending more time in some than in others, where I witnessed people emphasizing and building doctrines around certain verses in scripture while perverting or dismissing other scripture that contradicted their man-made doctrines. The transition for me has been gradual, and a little difficult since I'm wary of being deceived again, but everything has become so much clearer.
When I first began exploring the Hebrew Roots Movement, I also noticed Christians angrily attacking teachings on Hebrew Roots websites with verbal assaults, i.e., a lot of name-calling and implying that people in Hebrew Roots are stupid (providing no scriptural basis for their criticisms). Hebrew Roots teachers, on the other hand, used scripture to support what they believe. That was a big eye-opener for me.
119 Ministries was one of the first Hebrew Roots channels I found on TH-cam and it has been a great help to me. I appreciate their wisdom, but also their humility and honesty in acknowledging when they have erred on a matter. We are all still learning so need to help and encourage each other in our journey.

You said specifically, that wool and linen are not to be mixed. That is exactly what Leviticus 19:19 says. However, the commandment appears to be expanded in Deuteronomy 22:11, and then refers to the mixing of any fabric, with wool and linen being just one example. I was under the impression that no two fabrics were to be mixed, such as cotton and linen or cotton and polyester. I would appreciate a brief response about this if you have time.

Fabrics made on a loom normally have 4 corners and have strands at the ends that must be tied into tassels to secure the fabric regardless of its intended use. In sewing mixing different thread and fabric can damage fabric or weaken the seam. What used to be common sense is no longer common and that is where the spiritual lesson gets missed

Time stamp 27:53... Passover is an "Event" That starts at sunset (The start) of The Fourteenth day... It is to be slain and eaten, Before "Dark" ends... And the Proof of this is... "...Exo 12:10 And ye shall let nothing of it remain until the morning; and that which remaineth of it until the morning ye shall burn with fire.
Exo 12:11 And thus shall ye eat it; with your loins girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and ye shall eat it in haste: it is the LORD'S passover..." (Nothing could be left, at "Daylight" everything left was to be burned) And "...Exo 12:21 Then Moses called for all the elders of Israel, and said unto them, Draw out and take you a lamb according to your families, and kill the passover.
Exo 12:22 And ye shall take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it in the blood that is in the bason, and strike the lintel and the two side posts with the blood that is in the bason; and none of you shall go out at the door of his house until the morning..." No One could go outside TILL Daylight... And this IS the pattern set for Passover... And so Passover was "Entirely" On The Fourteenth... (Also of Special note is that Passover is not a Sabbath... And did not even enter into the daylight of The Fourteenth... And Then "after" the daylight of the Fourteenth at Even starts "The Fifteenth" The first day of Unleavened Bread... "...Lev 23:5 In the fourteenth day of the first month at even is the LORD'S passover.
Lev 23:6 And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread unto the LORD: seven days ye must eat unleavened bread.
Lev 23:7 In the first day ye shall have an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein..."
A commanded Sabbath In addition to The Weekly Sabbath (Also called a "High Day...(...Joh 19:31 The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the sabbath day, (for that sabbath day was an high day,) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away...") There are Two moed there, back to back... The pattern was set at The First Passover... And we are instructed to follow that pattern...

  • @bmjjjja
    @bmjjjja 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

The Sabbath command is the lynchpin. It is truly a blessed day where the others are not. Obedience to Yehovah will open people's eyes if they will just follow HIM and not men.
Work on Sabbath is already defined by Him. It is your occupation; buying & selling (goods or services) is the definition of "work." Work is not cooking. The Priests cooked more on Sabbath than any other day. Every single person observing Passover kindled a fire and cooked on Sabbath when that day fell on the 7th day Sabbath. Likewise for unleavened bread. Work is not feeding your animals. Work is not walking through a grain field and picking heads of grain. Work is not healing someone nor is it heating your house with a fire. Gathering wood is only sin IF it is for your occupation; but not sin if it is for taking care of your family.
Circumcision is still a requirement. Galatia was engaged in rabbinical circumcision (Brit Periah) which is making a blood covenant with rabbinical laws. That is why Titus rightfully rejected it. But notice that Brit Milah was obeyed by Timothy on the way to Galatia. Both Jeremiah and Ezekiel tell us it is a requirement and Joshua proves it. Bottom line, Paul doesn't get to change anything, not a jot or tittle of Yah's expectations. That would make Paul the little horn of Daniel 7.
    Good explanation of "food."
BTW, never is obedience to Yehovah's law considered "legalism." The "legal indebtedness" spoken about to the church in Colosse is also defined in that letter. "Mere human rules" "destined to perish" "based on human philosophy." None of that describes Yah's law. Legalism would describe what was going on throughout the NT wherein rabbinical laws had superseded Torah. Not a single time would anyone be accused of "legalism" if they were obeying Yah and it doesn't matter whether the motive to obey Him is love or fear or respect or any other motive. Obedience to Yah's commands is required if that person wants salvation. This is another misunderstood and falsely taught subject.
Salvation is offered and made possible by the cross but that does not mean everyone will be saved. Only those who repent/obey Yehovah's law will be gifted salvation. We must wash our own robes in order to gain eternal life. We do so according to what is written in Torah. That is why Deut 6:25 tells us the definition of "righteousness" and why Paul restated it; "it is those who obey the law who are counted as righteous."
Tzit tzit are to be a reminder TO THAT PERSON. It is not to remind others. It is a very personal thing and anyone wearing them for the eyes of others are no different than the Pharisees. As well, the garment that tzit tzit attached to was the covering or mantle, not their underwear, tunic, sandals or hat. It was the covering; what they covered up with at night specifically. Similar to the banner they were married under actually. IOW, the law of Yehovah is the covering over all of us. Attaching tzit tzit to belt loops misses the point and making them visible to others definitely misses the point.
The feasts CANNOT be kept without a functioning levitical system and physical temple. Not a single feast keeping instruction stands alone without both and Yah tells us when outside of the land in captivity, the feasts CEASE. Likewise the lunar calendar has also CEASED in captivity. Only Aaron's line of Levites were given authority to establish the lunar calendar; no other tribe ever given this instruction. Jeroboam was destroyed for ignoring these commands just like many are doing today.
Ezekiel's temple is not a third temple to be built. Not a single verse commands it to be built. Instead, it was to be described to the people to cause conviction and ultimately repentance. In fact, sacrificing WILL NOT begin again since we won't have a physical temple structure. WE are the temple and we do not return to the shadow that had fault (Hebrews 7-9). A third temple is not of Yah!

I take exception to your assertion that we don’t have to observe the feasts. On the contrary, there is a lot to learn from observing them and honoring our Father in observing them is a gift!
Lev 23 v 21 “…it shall be a statute for EVER in all your dwellings throughout your generations.”
Lev 23 v 31 “…it shall be a statue for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.”
Lev 23 v 41 “…It shall be a statute for ever in your generations; ye shall celebrate it in the seventh month.”
Lev 23 v 44 “ And Moses declared unto the children of Israel the feast of YHWH.”
🤔 Seems to me we have three witness right there in one chapter; that establishes the truth that we are to keep them FOR EVER. I could find more if those aren’t enough.
Yeshua kept the feasts and we’re supposed to do as he did; he never said “Hey, btw guys, after I’m dead, you can just quit doing all these things I’m spending all this time teaching you to observe and do.” After he died, his disciples kept the feasts! At what point were the feasts done away with? Pretty sure “for ever” means exactly what it means. Shalom.

@@April4YHWH It seems you have approached scripture with a smorgasbord mentality. You apparently like some scriptures that you think supports your conclusion but don't like others that clearly contradicts your conclusion. Yes, "olam" is the word used. Have you bothered to see how that word is used elsewhere in scripture for things that are also no longer to be done? I didn't think so or this wouldn't be the sole point your argument rests on.
You cannot celebrate a feast. It has to be done as Yah instructed. You are not doing that; no one is. What you are doing is making up your own instructions and hijacking His terminology. In the NT, as long as the temple/levitical system were in place, all commands that hinged on them, were observed. Hence, feast keeping and sacrificing were still done after the cross but they were done at the only place allowed for them to be done and done the way Yah instructed. Your argument is unstudied.

Begin with the "when" that was determined correctly according to Num 10:8-10 and then go to the "where" its to done or you are cut off. around 28.22: No, Passover is on the evening of the 14th. That is the lamb or goat is killed at sunset as the 13th ends and the 14th begins and is eaten by midnight after it is cooked, The death angel passed over [where the name came from] on the 14th at midnight. The blood has to be put on the posts before the death angel passed. They stayed in their homes till dawn the daylight period of the 14th and moved to Rameses during the day. On the evening of the 15th which is the first day of unleavened bread they left Egypt. The day after the Passover.
It is the death angel that is the Passover not the lamb. The lamb is the protection from the death angel. This corresponds to Christ as our Passover lamb to protect us from Malachi chapter 4 : 1 and Rev 20.15.
Genesis 15 covers this, that is what Abraham's sacrifice during the day is all about and his period of darkness. This would be closer to Christ than the Exodus. Christ kept the Passover the previous evening and was on the cross during the Passover day and was in the tomb that evening the beginning of Unleavened. This matches Abraham's picture, The Israelites spent the Passover day travelling instead and left Egypt that evening.

      @@119Ministries My reply
The way that you see it is wrong. It was the Passover meal. The scriptures say so:
Mat 26:17-19 Now the first day of the feast of unleavened bread the disciples came to Jesus, saying unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare for thee to eat the Passover? And he said, Go into the city to such a man, and say unto him, The Master saith, My time is at hand; I will keep the Passover at thy house with my disciples. And the disciples did as Jesus had appointed them; and they made ready the Passover.
The Passover was the death angel passing over Egypt. That was the tenth plague. Every family both Israel and Egyptians were involved. If an Israelite family did not participate they would lose their first born and if an Egyptian family followed the instructions they would have been spared.
The lamb was the protection from the death angel. The death angel passed through Egypt taking a certain time doing so and as he did he entered the houses, killing the first born. It was not a pleasant death apparently as they all got up during the night and there was an uproar. They did not wake up the next morning to find their first born passed away in their sleep.
The name of the event comes from the angel passing over both Egypt and the houses Ex 12.13.
As I said the lamb was the protection from this calamity and the death angel was the calamity. Therefore as the death angel passed over on the 14th at midnight [that is why the 14th is the Passover] the blood had to be on the doorpost before the death angel arrived otherwise it would not serve it’s purpose. Remember the event is the death angel and that event occurred on the 14th. The lamb is the protection from the calamity.
Exo 11:1 And the LORD said unto Moses, Yet will I bring one plague more upon Pharaoh, and upon Egypt; afterwards he will let you go hence: when he shall let you go, he shall surely thrust you out hence altogether.
Exo 11:4 And Moses said, Thus saith the LORD, About midnight will I go out into the midst of Egypt: And all the firstborn in the land of Egypt shall die, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sitteth upon his throne, even unto the firstborn of the maidservant that is behind the mill; and all the firstborn of beasts. And there shall be a great cry throughout all the land of Egypt, such as there was none like it, nor shall be like it anymore.
The timeline was: 10th day the lamb was chosen and kept until sunset as the 13th day failed. There was about ¾ of an hour as it got dark and all the heads of the families killed the lamb and started to cook it. It took perhaps 2-3 hours to cook so that the meal was ready late evening. The death angel started it’s progress through Egypt, who knows, perhaps from the north to the south taking a period of time. As the angel came across an Israelite house and noticed the blood, it passed over and continued but when it did not see any blood it entered and killed the first born. They were instructed to burn what remained of the lamb and wait till morning before they left their houses and travel to Rameses. They took several hours getting there, obviously some got there earlier than others. They then left that evening the 15th [the first holyday of the unleavens], The scriptures says they left at night, They had to wait until dawn before leaving their house and left at night the following evening. Exodus 12:40-42.
The problem is: A lot of changes have occurred in Jewish history over the centuries and millennia and this has brought about the situation that we have today where the Passover is observed incorrectly on the 15th as part of the unleavens but the Passover is just a meal on a non-Sabbath day [that is why the shops were still open, and also why the crucifixion was allowed that following day] while the days of unleavened bread started the following evening. They are two separate events.
      The Passover
Exo 12:1 And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying,
Exo 12:2 This month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month of the year to you.
Exo 12:3 Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to the house of their fathers, a lamb for a house: And if the household be too little for the lamb, let him and his neighbour next unto his house take it according to the number of the souls; every man according to his eating shall make your count for the lamb. Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats: And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in the evening.
Exo 12:7 And they shall take of the blood and strike it on the two side posts and on the upper door post of the houses, wherein they shall eat it. And they shall eat the flesh in that night, roast with fire, and unleavened bread; and with bitter herbs they shall eat it. Eat not of it raw, nor sodden at all with water, but roast with fire; his head with his legs, and with the purtenance thereof. And ye shall let nothing of it remain until the morning; and that which remaineth of it until the morning ye shall burn with fire. And thus shall ye eat it; with your loins girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and ye shall eat it in haste: it is the LORD'S Passover.
Exo 12:13 And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt.
Exo 12:14 And this day shall be unto you for a memorial; and ye shall keep it a feast to the LORD throughout your generations; ye shall keep it a feast by an ordinance for ever.
      Unleavened Bread
Exo 12:15-20 Seven days shall ye eat unleavened bread; even the first day ye shall put away leaven out of your houses: for whosoever eateth leavened bread from the first day until the seventh day, that soul shall be cut off from Israel. And in the first day there shall be a holy convocation, and in the seventh day there shall be a holy convocation to you; no manner of work shall be done in them, save that which every man must eat, that only may be done of you. And ye shall observe the feast of unleavened bread; for in this self-same day have I brought your armies out of the land of Egypt: therefore shall ye observe this day in your generations by an ordinance for ever. In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at even, ye shall eat unleavened bread, until the one and twentieth day of the month at even. Seven days shall there be no leaven found in your houses: for whosoever eateth that which is leavened, even that soul shall be cut off from the congregation of Israel, whether he be a stranger, or born in the land. Ye shall eat nothing leavened; in all your habitations shall ye eat unleavened bread.
Exo 12:21 Then Moses called for all the elders of Israel, and said unto them, Draw out and take you a lamb according to your families, and kill the Passover. And ye shall take a bunch of hyssop and dip it in the blood that is in the bason and strike the lintel and the two side posts with the blood that is in the bason; and none of you shall go out at the door of his house until the morning. For the LORD will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he seeth the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, the LORD will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come in unto your houses to smite you.
Exo 12:24 And ye shall observe this thing for an ordinance to thee and to thy sons for ever.
The Tenth Plague: Death of the Firstborn
Exo 12:29-30 And it came to pass, that at midnight the LORD smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sat on his throne unto the firstborn of the captive that was in the dungeon; and all the firstborn of cattle. And Pharaoh rose up in the night, he, and all his servants, and all the Egyptians; and there was a great cry in Egypt; for there was not a house where there was not one dead.

There will be no need for animal sacrifices in the future, Christ died once & for all - when YESHUA returns we will not be killing anything sin will have no domain.

Shalom and blessings. Yes, Yeshua died once for all. However, not all sacrifices are sin related. Please carry out a study on Biblical sacrifices (Leviticus). Every blessing.
