This makes me kinda relieved. I've taken some of these measures but me and my ex are dealing with this really well. He says he wants to be friends for the time being, and although I obviously want to get back together and work on our issues, I try to just keep to myself and not bring the relationship up unless he wants to talk about it, since he knows how i feel and I don't want to keep beating a dead horse. Thank you for the video and great advise!
Hi! Thanks for commenting. I'm glad you and your ex are on top of this! It may not be "friends" to the true essence of the word but yes , trying to have positive rapport is an essential step!
Going through this right now as well and it’s only day 2, it’s been extremely hard. I haven’t even told my family or friends yet. But I like your approach and feel the same in hopes we can work it out but also okay if it doesn’t. Thankful I found this video. Good luck!
Yes, if you're no longer comfortable having him around, for obvious reasons, you can set a deadline on when he can move out. Just try to be respectful and give appropriate notice. Good luck!
