I really appreciate your effort on putting an emphasis on inner work and being faithful to the new version of you. I recently split from someone who walked away from me after 5 months as I'm avoidant in relationships...I then wrote her a heartfelt letter saying how I felt, and she rejected me again saying she didn't feel the same anymore. Same with you, mines is avoidant and I’m getting better to stop being anxious. I want to be a good man, like my brother he is sweet, kind, mature and great healthy relationship with his beloved. Wow your take on this is so healthy, it's so empowering. I actually last night broke it off with a guy I was seeing. It was hard, he had qualities I could see in my dream husband, but my nervous system, body and mind were telling me at the time that he's not the man right now for me. Just patterns, wanted to see his ex, didn't make me feel safe and at peace. I honoured myself, made the right decision, though a part of me wishes for him to come back and apologise and realise why I felt so hurt and unseen. I am going to give myself that instead.
Dang, I had a situation with my now ex gf but I didn’t have the strength to cut things off when she voiced weird longing for her ex. She had made me feel so secure with everything else that I thought she’d get over it being with me. But for now she needs to be single to make her own (long story) choices. It hurts like hell but I know I need to just focus on myself now.
If you felt insafe, you made the right decision. I've tried for years to keep that feeling under control by trying to control him (he also wanted to keep contact with his ex). I can tell you, it made both our lives hell. So after 13 years we separated. Be glad you guarded your boundaries. I hope your ex will "get it" and will fully choose you and will become your place of peace.

I became a better version of myself. Changed my job from being a waiter to a career path in recruitment business. My physique changed a lot - I have got a well body built. I did teeth implants so I am not scared of smiling when I feel to. I have done multiple courses connected to my bushcraft passion. I see people as individuals rather than genders or races. My sense of humour became accepted by the other people. I have great contact with all my family members. I finished my therapy, understanding how my childhoods trauma was limiting me. Why she still keeps ignoring me after 4 years. I know we are right for each other, now, after past me doesn’t exist. Any guidance there?

Before you watch this, if you broke up maybe it’s what should have happened in the first place, watching a step by step tutorial for a relationship to return is a crazy concept. Her advice is good but just grow to be a better version of yourself for the next person! Don’t be obsessive over this one person that you drive yourself to insanity thinking you can’t be with anyone else. Everything takes time. They dumped you. Move on with your life. I got dumped on December 28 2023 after 16 years. I was sad and hurt but, they dumped me. Time to move on and focus on me not getting my ex back! Why would I want someone that doesn’t love me. Move on and don’t look back is my advice.

The universe brings people into and out of your life to teach you something. I've learned so much about myself via my recent relationship, which ended in October of 2022. Instead of trying to manifest someone back into your life, spend time and reflect on how you could have been better, learn to set personal boundaries, etc. Remember, you are not your thoughts or past. Why would you want someone who doesn't want you? I was always taught to keep moving forward and they are an ex for a reason. Love and peace for those struggling with situations like this.

It takes as long as it takes but I know for me it was years of starting and stopping and then going all in. Remembering we are on a journey of healing and always learning and growing….the more you do the work the quicker you feel the shift within and experience your outer reality from this new identity. Your true self. Remembering it’s a way of life not just a few weeks. It is a daily practice of growing and learning….trust is key here too xx
my ex got into a relationship with somebody she knew since she was 12 years within three week . also found out he was engaged to someone and had 4 kids together with someone else . he does have a criminal record . dwi , resisting arrest and vandalism of property . they got married within four months and moved in with each other very fast before the marriage ,

Ppl talk about simps and moving on. I hear this often. Yes, you can move on from most for sure. But when you find that one.. it’s a different ball game. It’s usually the connection outside of intimacy. You won’t find others that match up. You’ll know when you find that one. But yeah. If they don’t want you back move on.

And you'll be stronger and better prepared for your next relationship. And yes, there will be another relationship . So heal first, and get yourself ready for it .

What happens if no contact and working on yourself makes your ex reach out to you to say "Hope you're doing alright" (after they ended things), but she is still not taking responsibility for the pain caused or making the effort to reconcile/rebuild the relationship? I don't believe in ignoring the person or sweeping things under the rug and pretending like everything is ok.
if she is reaching out that is a good sign but dont expect them to admit guilt,also they might be trying to start over with a clean slate,,you also could be dating a narcissist lol

You need to change the story within you. Uncover the subconscious blocks being shown through your daughter why you’re being blocked from this relationship. When you know what this is turn it around and then the story about your daughter and SP to align to what you do want and do deserve. I know he will come back,I dumped him because I couldn’t take it anymore and I see he’s terrified now and trying to fix it. What if you’re not beautiful and stunning? What if you’re 60, almost 61? I don’t see how having a delusional belief about your own beauty is going to make someone come back. I can see believing that it’s not the outside that matters, that people love all sorts of people and that everyone is deserving of love. But not believing something that is clearly untrue.
Give it a go loving you and changing your inner thoughts and you’ll see! You have to be faithful! It doesn’t matter about how you look it’s your story and I do not believe you’re not beautiful! You just don’t see it yet xx

I can't see how this would work though. If the person does not see you in your new self, how could they possibly know. They will still hold the other version of you that made them leave
I do believe in the law of attraction and in what you said BUT. What if he never wanted to be in relationship with me officially and he didn't likes many things about me that I can't change? Wow your take on this is so healthy, it's so empowering. I actually last night broke it off with a guy I was seeing. It was hard, he had qualities I could see in my dream husband, but my nervous system, body and mind were telling me at the time that he's not the man right now for me. Just patterns, wanted to see his ex, didn't make me feel safe and at peace. I honoured myself, made the right decision, though a part of me wishes for him to come back and apologise and realise why I felt so hurt and unseen. I am going to give myself that instead.
Dang, I had a situation with my now ex gf but I didn’t have the strength to cut things off when she voiced weird longing for her ex. She had made me feel so secure with everything else that I thought she’d get over it being with me. But for now she needs to be single to make her own (long story) choices. It hurts like hell but I know I need to just focus on myself now.

If you felt insafe, you made the right decision. I've tried for years to keep that feeling under control by trying to control him (he also wanted to keep contact with his ex). I can tell you, it made both our lives hell. So after 13 years we separated. Be glad you guarded your boundaries. I hope your ex will "get it" and will fully choose you and will become your place of peace.

I did teeth implants so I am not scared of smiling when I feel to. I have done multiple courses connected to my bushcraft passion. I see people as individuals rather than genders or races. My sense of humour became accepted by the other people. I have great contact with all my family members. I finished my therapy, understanding how my childhoods trauma was limiting me. Why she still keeps ignoring me after 4 years. I know we are right for each other, now, after past me doesn’t exist. Any guidance there?

Before you watch this, if you broke up maybe it’s what should have happened in the first place, watching a step by step tutorial for a relationship to return is a crazy concept. Her advice is good but just grow to be a better version of yourself for the next person! Don’t be obsessive over this one person that you drive yourself to insanity thinking you can’t be with anyone else. Everything takes time.

It takes as long as it takes but I know for me it was years of starting and stopping and then going all in. Remembering we are on a journey of healing and always learning and growing….the more you do the work the quicker you feel the shift within and experience your outer reality from this new identity. Your true self. Remembering it’s a way of life not just a few weeks. It is a daily practice of growing and learning….trust is key here too xx
my ex got into a relationship with somebody she knew since she was 12 years within three week . also found out he was engaged to someone and had 4 kids together with someone else . he does have a criminal record . dwi , resisting arrest and vandalism of property . they got married within four months and moved in with each other very fast before the marriage ,

What’s your view in manifesting as in ‘it’s already happened, I.e. we’re already back together, we’re in constant contact etc etc’ how the Neville community would teach it, or manifesting it as ‘they miss me, they still love me, they want us to start over, they can’t live without me’ etc as though it ‘hasn’t already happened, but obviously thinking this way would anticipate the outcome of being together

What happens if no contact and working on yourself makes your ex reach out to you to say "Hope you're doing alright" (after they ended things), but she is still not taking responsibility for the pain caused or making the effort to reconcile/rebuild the relationship? I don't believe in ignoring the person or sweeping things under the rug and pretending like everything is ok.
if she is reaching out that is a good sign but dont expect them to admit guilt,also they might be trying to start over with a clean slate,,you also could be dating a narcissist lol
I was in a relationship for the past 5 months and she and I both agreed we were soul mates. We had everything in common and the energy was incredible. One day my daughter got jealous and told me she did not want me to get hurt. I told my girlfriend what she said and she broke off our relationship even though just minutes before we were laughing together and showing love to each other. You need to change the story within you. Uncover the subconscious blocks being shown through your daughter why you’re being blocked from this relationship. When you know what this is turn it around and then the story about your daughter and SP to align to what you do want and do deserve. I know he will come back,I dumped him because I couldn’t take it anymore and I see he’s terrified now and trying to fix it.
