Sometimes we just cook the whole chicken (beer can chicken) and you can do the same things with it pretty much, except it will all be the same flavour.

I paired it with baked potato slices (the little red ones) and with asparagus. I used the same seasoning and it gave flavor to all my food. And I didn’t have time to marinate it, I just popped it right in the oven and it was still amazing. Will definitely be doing it again!!

I’ve had this chicken before one time I only had two hours to marinate the other time I did it overnight. While I did notice a difference from letting it marinate overnight it was also delectable after two hours of marinating.

I did this two days ago, couldn’t leave it to marinate as there as I had no time, however I just made sure the seasoning was well mixed with the chicken and can I just say this was the best I have ever made 😍 I couldn’t believe it😍 it tasted so good, I also added a lil bit of cayenne pepper just to give it a slight spice and 2 chicken knorr cubes, thank you!

ABSOLUTELY WRONG I WAS the flavor was truly amazing and I use Old Bay Seasoning and fresh lemon thyme instead of Creole Seasoning and dried thyme . This looks SO good. I made it for dinner tonight and sadly came to realize I do not like tyme. My timer had 7 minutes left of cook time and the chicken was still dry. The chicken didn't t release any juices out so I covered it and that helped it. I'm going to give this recipe another try but without tyme.

I made this yesterday because I was getting tired of eating chicken that was so bland. I didn't have adobo seasoning so I substituted for "knorr beef bouillon powder" because I had laying around. Because the (Knorr seasoning) is already very high in sodium I skipped any steps that said to add salt. But other than that I followed measurements And honey.... This was so juicy and good, right when I took the 1st sample bite I was like dang that's some good baked chicken. Thanks for waking up my chicken sis ❤️.

I used this recipe on my thanksgiving turkey and it turned out so delicious. Of course I cooked my turkey normal lol 😂 but this spice mix on the turkey was so good !!!
Following the great video and excellent comments here, I just did three thighs skin -up. I marinated the thighs in soy vey for 36 hours. placed in 9x9 pyrex and baked in oven for 70 minutes. Thighs with a nice skin were perfect. The one thigh with a thin skin was just a tad tough/dry. Clearly 70 minutes was a max for my oven. Next time if I have such a thigh I will baste a few times. to keep moist. Maybe 65 minutes. and leave in oven. serviced with sliced green onions on top. Idiot proof as I proved. :)
One of my favs. I’ve never let it sit. I’m not that good at planning ahead 😂. It always comes out delicious. I just have to cut back on the salty spices. Thank you! It’s definitely my go to!

Very good! One thing to make it juicier is.After you wash and dry is to rub butter all over the chicken of course fat free butter .Then rub the chicken with you're season ingredients. Then place the chicken in you're baking pan with something over the top in the fridge for 8 to 12 hours marinating. Then take out and bake.350 in the oven for 45 to 60 minutes.

This looks SO good. I made it for dinner tonight and sadly came to realize I do not like tyme. My timer had 7 minutes left of cook time and the chicken was still dry. The chicken didn't t release any juices out so I covered it and that helped it.
I'm going to give this recipe another try but without tyme.

Just cooked this, this morning after a 12 hr marinate as described. The difference for mine is, it was skinless, but OMG, this is so flavorful and moist, even without the skin. Thank you for this...cheers.

I made this yesterday because I was getting tired of eating chicken that was so bland. I didn't have adobo seasoning so I substituted for "knorr beef bouillon powder" because I had laying around. Because the (Knorr seasoning) is already very high in sodium I skipped any steps that said to add salt. But other than that I followed measurements
And honey.... This was so juicy and good, right when I took the 1st sample bite I was like dang that's some good baked chicken.

I used this recipe on my thanksgiving turkey and it turned out so delicious. Of course I cooked my turkey normal lol 😂 but this spice mix on the turkey was so good !!!

Following the great video and excellent comments here, I just did three thighs skin -up. I marinated the thighs in soy vey for 36 hours. placed in 9x9 pyrex and baked in oven for 70 minutes. Thighs with a nice skin were perfect. The one thigh with a thin skin was just a tad tough/dry. Clearly 70 minutes was a max for my oven. Next time if I have such a thigh I will baste a few times. to keep moist. Maybe 65 minutes. and leave in oven. serviced with sliced green onions on top. Idiot proof as I proved. :)

Very good! One thing to make it juicier is.After you wash and dry is to rub butter all over the chicken of course fat free butter .Then rub the chicken with you're season ingredients. Then place the chicken in you're baking pan with something over the top in the fridge for 8 to 12 hours marinating. Then take out and bake.350 in the oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
