Looks pretty good, I’ll have to try this. I’ll do it just like you’ve done here in this video but I won’t remove the extra skin. I’ll never understand why you guys do that, the skin is the best part!
First time, I only had skinless chicken breasts. I decreased baking time to 30 minutes, so juicy. Made a great sandwich the next day with leftovers and side of coleslaw. Today I have thighs, looking forward to dinner.
Got around to making this dish and it's definitely a keeper. I used boneless/ skinless, but it still turned out great. Very nice flavor and very juicy.
Don't throw away that extra skin! Toss the extra pieces in a pot at low heat and render out the fat. Keep it in the fridge. It's amazing in soups, and anywhere you want to add a little fat and chicken flavor. If you do it low and slow, you will also get a little fried chicken cracklin'. Like a pork rind, but chicken.

Every time I have made it, there is not that much juice to spoon over the chicken. It is juicy when cut. Are you sure that you do not add any liquid to this?
The creole seasoning and adobo seasoning both use similar ingredients and they are both in turn similar to your single spices in the recipe. Can you do a video using just the basic spices that make up the flavours of those spice mixes? Many of your viewers don't have easy access to those spice mixes, we don't all live in America.
@@dominicks5599 No don't add water. The water in the pan is from the chicken juices. And I believe she washed her chicken before cooking it and did not dry it out well. Just air dry for a bit. So when you cook the chicken it will let out water. If you don't wash your chicken you should not get that much liquid.

This looks amazing! Do you leave it uncovered at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes? Or do you cover it thank you
Uncovered unless you like the skin white and wiggly. (I don't)
My husband and I LOVED this recipe! Today I'm making it for my parents. I can't wait to see what they think. So tender, juicy, and the seasonings are on point!
This is one MOUTHWATERING recipe!! And, so easy to make. I am really happy I have all of the seasonings, except for the Creole Seasoning. Just not a big fan, so I do not buy it. But, I'm guessing it will still be DEEE-LICIOUS!! Thanks loads for sharing. Arlene
Love your cooking. Could ask that you state side dishes you would serve with each dish? It would help me out greatly 😊
Fail proof super moist and juicy chicken every time out of the oven ❤. I bake at 455f for 40 mins . Thanks girl .
Got around to making this dish and it's definitely a keeper. I used boneless/ skinless, but it still turned out great. Very nice flavor and very juicy.
boneless and skinless, makes the flavour so so sad :(
Unfortunately due to health issues I've had to cut allot of great stuff out. I miss a good fried chicken lol
@@christiantrujillo8867 sorry to hear it. But the skin is surely not that bad if you are eating the meat
All the new science says that the fat is good for you. It's carbs that are the problem.
@@percyhawkins716 yes sur
Looks delicious 😋 I'm trying it today . Did you bake uncovered or covered?
Don't throw away that extra skin! Toss the extra pieces in a pot at low heat and render out the fat. Keep it in the fridge. It's amazing in soups, and anywhere you want to add a little fat and chicken flavor. If you do it low and slow, you will also get a little fried chicken cracklin'. Like a pork rind, but chicken.
I do this with all my chicken skin
That’s a great idea. Thank you!
Cooked it today very tender and juicy thank u for this quick recipe👍
Grilled these on my smoker with no pan. Delish! Skin was crispy!
That does look like a delicious rub for smoking.
This looks so delicious, quick and easy to prepare as well. What sides do you suggest to go along with it?
MUST make this😋 Question, did you bake chicken covered? TFS
No I didn’t cover the chicken
@@IslandVibeCooking Thank You🙂
Did you add any kind of liquid
This is looking really very beautiful amazing and superb. You did a great job and you are very hardworking. May God bless you. You deserve a lot of subscribers have a great day. 🤝stay connected ❤
This recipe is so easy to make and full of flavor. By far the best baked chicken recipe I’ve ever made 😋
You didn't make it, fool.
@@craigmocello8552
Shut up, Craig.
did u use any chicken broth or anything
@@keiahmieemoses9182I made this chicken dish today. It was delicious. No broth or water need to be added. There is enough liquid left to make gravy. I didn't cover nor add any liquid.
This is the 3rd time I am making it and truly love the spices. so delicious. I am wondering, in your video, you show yourself spooning the juices over the chicken . Every time I have made it, there is not that much juice to spoon over the chicken. It is juicy when cut. Are you sure that you do not add any liquid to this?
Cooked this for my husband the other day and he was so impressed ❤ thank you
Where's the seasonings you use & temp you cook it & time to cook also? TY!!!!
Looks delicious! ❤❤ Do you bake it open and flip it or with a aluminum foil covered?
I just love love love your recipes. Easy to follow. Items that are already in your pantry. Just makes cooking so seamless. Thank you
Just made this tonight. Turned out amazing, my mom and I loved it. Thank you so much for this recipe! ⭐️❤️
I’m making this today for Sunday dinner. Your recipes never disappoint so I know it will be bomb!!
I am going to make this for dinner tonight. With yellow Mexican rice. Yummy.
Did u add water
@@dominicks5599 No don't add water. The water in the pan is from the chicken juices. And I believe she washed her chicken before cooking it and did not dry it out well. Just air dry for a bit. So when you cook the chicken it will let out water. If you don't wash your chicken you should not get that much liquid.

Wow, Loved that Statement, and You

Love the Spice Mix.

The dinner crowd has just spoken and said this was the best chicken I have ever made. Thanks so much for sharing your recipe
Simple yet it looks delicious! I’m doing this today..
What sides go good with this chicken? Mash potatoes and asparagus?
Hi Rosie! Should I bake in oven covered with foil, or leave uncovered?
Uncovered
Thanks Angel. I been looking for the technique. You applied using a dry rub. Love it!
Made this yesterday and it was so delicious, thanks for the recipe!
Did you covered in the oven
Just marinated some chicken thighs to cook for the weekend, and I'm baking them for my daughter. Thanks for this easy recipe. I will follow up with results to let you know how the family enjoyed the chicken thighs. 😉
Hi Rose!! Your recipe for today sure does look so delicious. I have got to make these. I like the seasoning mix too. Great video!!!...
Did you cover or leave it uncovered while baking
this recipe is fantastic. 🥰 I made it last week, making it again tonight! thanks for sharing.
I used your recipe tonight and my Family absolutely loved it! ☺️ Thank you! Much love from Southern Ontario, Canada 💞
I love your ingredient combo in this! Looks so amazingly good. Thanks for the recipe. 👍
I’m about to out this in the over.. but, I was not sure whether to cover or leave it open while baking? But, I will take a guess and cover it with aluminum foil as this is how I normally bake mine and then u cover the last 5 mins of baking time. But, I’m really excited to try out your recipe! Thanks for sharing in advance ☺️
Do you cover the chicken in the oven ?
Nope, uncovered will brown it up better.
I tried it yesterday night. IT IS AMAZING!!!!
Thanks for sharing this great recipe. I let it marinate for 30 minutes, which was great, but the next day the leftovers were much better. So, I recommend giving it a long marinating time (if possible). This chicken recipe is going to be part of my weekly meals now.
Going to try it today....already marinated for 1 hour, gonna cook it in 3 hour from now.
@@andis9076 let me know the result
@@vlad1972 It doesn't look as pretty as in video but it taste good !
Score your chicken , coat with mustard, season it, then right before you cook it , put butter on top of it .
My welcome what?
Looking forward to tasting this although I don't have Creole seasoning. Good background music.
This chicken looks so delicious! Thanks for sharing the recipe with us. ❤
