Just wondering why you don't weight your rolls before you open them, those that weight more can be set aside and most likely contain silver. At least its an indicator.

I need to rent my wife out. I bought 2 boxes of halves a month ago. She tore it up. She found 5 ‘64s, a ‘53, ‘40, ‘42 and ‘46 plus a mess of 40% coins. I did 2 boxes after and found nothing. Two nights ago we split a box. I found a ‘68 and she found a ‘52. I’m liking this video because it’s a lot like MY experiences. Lol

hi jd....... first time commenter. longish time watcher! i know u like challenges so. here are a few different challenges.1-how about you go back thru your previous videos of lets say for example quarters. see how long it takes you? then have a friend video you either live or video search thru rolls of quarters. have him read you off questions from viewers. or them make up questions about coin hunting, or roll hunting. while you go thru them. you will be timed while doing this! why have a friend help? this way you dont know and have time to think of answers. because you will! haha. that would be a challenge. or have a friend video the search thru rolls. you will be blind folded. you will have to use all your other senses. you know the different sounds of silver and not. you can feel the edges for uncirculated. and if you choose to taste or lick (EEWWEE YUCK!) haha joking. while the person helping you does something to distract you. tell you jokes or jokes you have to answer. like "ok jd i have a knock knock joke for you" you say ok? i say "ok jd say knock knock" you reply "knock knock" i say "whos there" after 20 seconds you realize it! duuuhhh!! haha. i dont know what your likes and dislikes. ask about movies? who starred in wizard of oz? music? name a ac/dc song? or something. as you always go back thru them anyways? you can then see how many you missed?? also before you do this post a week ahead of time. so we the people can get a guess in? ... have your subscribers guess how long it will take you to do either task, how many coins you missed? and how many coins out of the whole box you will find? sorry this is so long.... good luck and happy hunting!! thank you, linda PEACE OUT!

I lost my dad about 3 years ago, he was 90 years old and he had a good size wooden box full of coins he collected over the years..and I remember seeing the old Indian nickels and really old dimes..30 silver pesos he gave my mom when they got married in 1947, and other coins from other countries. And I'm so angry because one of my brothers took the box, now watching so many videos on many coins I bet there are some valuable coins there!

Well, in this video you looked at the side and found a 1971 that you thought was silver. But you throw in the box. However, in 1971, Denver used left-over Silver blanks that were 90% You might want to go back and look at that 1971
If you live in a US territory or near a large US base outside the US (Korea, Japan, Germany ) you are much more likely to find silver coins since the coins get recirculated. About half of my junk silver i got overseas.

Check this out the mint places have it so you won't find any silver cause it's all by weight so if silver is in the stack it'll get. Rejected cause I don't weight as like the other ones make sense.

The cashier wouldn’t let me have them, but the manger was like “whatever”, so I got em. I paid face value at $20 or whatever, n got way more then that in value. So try ur liquor stores, u have lots of desperate ppl there.
They do go through and try to pick out the silver but you may get lucky like I said I just found 3 silver dimes at one bank. I am thinking of pulling instead of 50$ at a time buying out like 400$ of dimes and taking a afternoon to shift through them.

Why on some silver doll half dollars and other coins that has like the little the little Edge went the little lines on them how come some of them are smooth can you explain that in one of your videos cuz I'm notice in this half dollar box that are some silver dollars that the edges are completely smooth and not notched can you cover that would be most appreciative.

I imagine that the government and banks and hundreds of thousands of other people do the exact same thing you’re doing. I just did a 500dollar roll of quarters and pulled a 1954 that was it in almost 100 coin roll search’s from multiple different banks.

I found a gold Kennedy 50 Cent piece. Must have a steel core because you could pick it up with a magnet. Any idea what it is?
