> When you read articles about financial freedom, you may hear people talk over and over again about how they spend next to nothing to be able to retire at a younger age like 30. Instead, they may have already achieved financial freedom and boast about how frugal they were in order to retire well before the typical retirement age.
Part of retirement planning includes determining how much to save and invest so you can enjoy the type of lifestyle you desire. Setting your savings target by age can be a good way to organize your strategy and gauge how to track progress with your goals.
Planning for financial freedom, is a marathon and not a race, as the saying goes. Breaking your financial independence goals into bite-size pieces can help you stay on track while making the process a little more manageable and hopefully a little less stressful. Even if you are starting small, the important thing is to start. The investment creates a safe haven for the future. Everyone needs it so you don't go bankrupt when you stop working

LMAO I guess not many have heard the story about the 1894 S Dime. Very unfortunate that happened to his daughter. You would think her dad the guy the printed coin would've been smart enough to hold onto it or have putting it in a safety deposit box till she was older. He was smart enough to make such a low quantity knowing it would become valuable would've thought of that but oh well. Unfortunate for her but fortunately a fortune to whoever finds it!
Dammit... I used to toss my coins out the window when I was driving somewhere. And as a child, I had two 1955 double stamped pennies that I crushed on a railroad track . Uhhhhh.
Hi Cathy. Thank you for your reply, but I'm looking for a 1955 double die penny. The 1955 was stamped right over itself. I'm hoping to find one of them. Thanks Again. :-)
1. The 43 copper wasn't a special made one, it was an error and shouldn't exist. 2. Wisconsin doesn't mint coins, only the San Francisco, Denver, Philadelphia, and the West Point mint.
I am literally crying on the floor while typing right now. I had several of these coins until there were sold at a yard sale for $200. I hate myself so much right now.
Don’t worry. You might have some that look like to but they probably aren’t the exact dates. I have tons of wheat pennies, buffalo nickels, v nickels, war nickels, and other coins and they aren’t worth thousands
One of the very recent collectible quarters which can be $30 or more dollars worth, probably more later, is a 2019 and 2020 quarters that have letter “w” instead of “p” or “d”. It’s printed at West Point. Even rarer and more valuable is one with the privy mark “V75”. That’s the most recent valuable quarter. This tiny mark is located to the left of Washington’s head. Worth digging through quarters, BUT keep in mind the chance of finding it is approximately 1 in a thousand as a rough estimate.
Good info - I jotted down some notes on some of the error coins. Just an fyi though - the1924S & 1927s wheat pennies are not worth that much - the Red book (2016 edition) has them valued a lot lower. 1924S at VF20 is listed as $5.50, and the 1927S VF20 @ $5.
I think it’s advised that if have those coins, then you should take them to 3 different very well known coin dealers in or around your area to be appraised. The condition the coin is in, plays a big role as well. Good luck. And please don’t get discouraged by what that book says, you might be surprised
Franklin halves are worth 20 dollars for an average untouched one .I even have seven of them and some people have hundreds. I have several coins from the 1800s, over 1000 wheat pennies, a penny from 1840, and over a pound of silver in coins. And I have nothing compared to many people out there.
Also I have the prices of some coins ingraved into my mind like the 1916D mercury dime worth 1,000$-25,000$ and the 1856 flying eagle cent worth 6,500$-20,000$ .
sir you collect coins? if yes i have her but i dont know what is this coin. I have (1993 - D one dime), (1981 then elezabeth II), (1980 - D five cent) , last ( KANSAS 1861 - D / E BLURBUS UNUM - 2005).
I have a 1980 Quater that has a DOT or a STAR just at the end of the pony tail of George Washington's hair and none on 1973 Quater- Does this rings a bell on 1980 coin?? Thankyou and God Bless

One rarity you didn't mention is a 1944 (any mint) STEEL Cent (Penny). Like the 1943 "Copper" (actually bronze), which very few were made from left over stock, the 1944 STEEL Cent was minted from left over stock of the 1943 Cents. (The 1944 Belgium 2 Franc coin was actually the "left overs" from the '43 steel Cent by the US for WW II after D-Day.
@@stevenconsulo5076 Unfortunately it's not as simple as a list, there are some on Google. I think most collectors have books with key dates and every coin made. You can find those online too. There are SOOO many error and valuable coins in every type of coin you can imagine. Get a book, that will help the most :)
I have a 5 gallon water bottle almost full of change that I've been saving for over 30 years. I can only imagine what's in there. It would take a year to go there it all . I think there is about 100 pounds of change in there.
It's been estimated that the odds are approximately 13 billion to one of actually finding any of the remaining ones. That would be in the range of walking up to the first person on any given day and their first, middle, and last name is exactly the same as yours.
1919 was one of the very very common years for Lincoln wheats. I have dug up dozens of them while metal detecting over the years. Not worth anything, but still cool to show people a 101 year old coin.
I have to bicentennial quarters with the drum rubbed out or the drum is not fully formed on these quarters and they both look exactly alike.. so I'm curious to know what the value of these two quarters might be I have other bicentennial but you know I just want to know what these two quarters might be worth?

Dammit... I used to toss my coins out the window when I was driving somewhere. And as a child, I had two 1955 double stamped pennies that I crushed on a railroad track . Uhhhhh.
WTH DID U DO?!?
WAIT.... CRUSHED ON A RAILROAD TRACK?!?!
* TRIGGERED *
Angel Cintron I have a 1955 double sided penny for sale it has to heads in the front and back
Hi Cathy. Thank you for your reply, but I'm looking for a 1955 double die penny. The 1955 was stamped right over itself. I'm hoping to find one of them. Thanks Again. :-)
lin yup...I sure did .. lol. Some were flattened And stuck to the train wheel, which at some point got slung off somewhere. LMAO
Angel Cintron no problem I will keep my eye open and if you know anyone who is interested in my coin I will be glad to give you a piece of the pie
The 1913 liberty nickel is not worth a couple thousand. It is worth over 5 million in auction. And there are only 5 so you will never just find one.
I have two pieces of 1989 coin with a CLOSE AM PENNY.
1. The 43 copper wasn't a special made one, it was an error and shouldn't exist. 2. Wisconsin doesn't mint coins, only the San Francisco, Denver, Philadelphia, and the West Point mint.
2:22 I had that coin once that exact coin... I was stupid enough to think it was one cent and left it sitting in my attic.
It’s not valued at all lol, that’s an average penny worth a penny
That’s just a penny
A buffalo nickel is worth about $2. A V nickel is worth about $3. A shield nickel is worth about $15. Not 1000's of dollars.
Coins Of America really? So this channel is false?
Shellie Worthen oh
@@lieblee3063 yes it's false.
I even have 50 buffalo nickels, 2 V nickels, and a shield nickel.

Dont wirey, a lot of it is hype
Don’t worry. You might have some that look like to but they probably aren’t the exact dates. I have tons of wheat pennies, buffalo nickels, v nickels, war nickels, and other coins and they aren’t worth thousands
BLAAHAHAHAHAAAA

Sir good afternoon! I had those coins how can I sale it to you?

Thanks for watching! We're glad to know that you love our video. If we may ask, what other types of video would you like to see on Facts Verse?
@@FactsVerse Hello, same types of video, about Numismatics or Philately.
The most a W quarter will be worth about 50 bucks in excellent condition
Meron poh akuh nyan sir
Also coin prices heavily depend on the condition of the coin.
sir you collect coins? if yes i have her but i dont know what is this coin. I have (1993 - D one dime), (1981 then elezabeth II), (1980 - D five cent) , last ( KANSAS 1861 - D / E BLURBUS UNUM - 2005).

I have a can of coins.
where can I get a simple list of value of coins.
@@stevenconsulo5076 Unfortunately it's not as simple as a list, there are some on Google. I think most collectors have books with key dates and every coin made. You can find those online too. There are SOOO many error and valuable coins in every type of coin you can imagine. Get a book, that will help the most :)
