Yes I stopped eating a vegan. I wanted to see if my body would perform better with incorporating some animal products and it did perform better. I felt better. No need to maintain a diet that does not sustain me. This is why it is so important to be your own test subject rather than spend too much time listening to what others say. I am trying harder to take the information available to me and apply it to my own lifestyle. The more information I digest online the more analysis paralysis I get and nothing gets accomplished. I still have a long way to go with figuring out my optimal diet for the goals and overall quality of life that I want to obtain. Everyone is different and has different needs for their lifestyle.
