I didn’t really go with a recipe! I ended up keeping some pears and apples aside to use as the main part of the sauce, and added the cranberry sauce made from 1 gallon of berries. If I had to guess, I’d say it was about 10 lbs of apples, 6-8 lbs of pears and then the cranberries which ended up being 1 gallon of cranberries about about 3/4 gallon of water for the cranberries when making that portion. Hope this helps!
I make tart cranberry sauce every Thanksgiving. Tart cranberry sauce is not everyone's cup of tea. Lol. Never thought about canning some so thank you for the wonderful idea. Wow! I had to come back and say what a wonderful idea to dehydrate the pulp. Amazing health benefits and to use it in smoothies. Yum!!
Hey Lady. I wish I could have pressed the like button twice. I know you worked really hard. Loved this video. One quick question please. Are your juices ready to drink or concentrated ? Thanks for teaching me so much !
Thank you so much for your comment 💜 They are definitely very concentrated. I usually just add 1/4 or 1/3 of the cranberry to sparkling water, which is my favorite way to have it.
Loved the variety of items you made. Can you please share the link of the grower you purchased the cranberries from. I would love to purchase some. Thanks in advance. ❤
I ordered them from Wetherby Cranberry Co and their website is freshcranberries.com/buy-cranberries/. I tried to see about a discount but they were not willing. Perhaps next year I’ll have one for you!
Our main use is in Smoothies but you can bake with it, make Sauces for sweet or Savory dishes, add to Pancakes, with granola and yogurt, just with yogurt....

I did cranberry concentrate to save space and it was so good. I put one pint in a gal. Of water and it was perfect.
Yum!! We will delete this further when we have it too, will make it last a lot longer as well.

I have some dark brown mustard seeds. Will these work for the cranberry mustard?
Any should work!
❤❤❤❤
Where did you obtain your cranberries? I’ve been looking in my area n no luck.
I bought them from a place in wisconsin during cranberry season and had them shipped, even though I'm in the next door state.
@@thecitysteadkitchen hope I can get some this fall. Thank you!
