    You make the most beautiful soaps, and you are an inspiration for me. I can't order from you because I'm in Canada, but I am making some of your soaps... you are the reason I began to research essential oils, and It has changed my life. Thank you for being such an amazing inspiration and for taking the time to share your craft with the world.

    Oh! I thought the design was real beautiful, never would have guessed it was an accident! I would call it a 'Marble Soap', and works wonderfully. I love soaps that look organic / natural like this one!!!

    I love how you are always so excited when you are explaining all the ingredients and why you selected them (for their awesome skin loving benifits). Your clear-up bars are both artisan and earthy, a perfect match for your ingredients.

    It looks beautiful to me. One of my daughter 's friend brought me a beautiful cutting board made from marble because he knows I love to cook! I cried. It's darker than the soap. Both soaps are gorgeous!

    I had a jasmine/geranium combo freeze on me once like that and I ended up with a marble looking soap that everyone loved. Your bars are not a fail. They are actually beautiful. I know I’m looking at a three year old video but I’ve had a request for activated charcoal in the soap, so I’m watching and learning from you. You are my inspiration and I love all your work. I couldn’t do what I do without being educated by you. I love making soap. Thank you so much Ellen. ❤

    I’m a novice at soap making but I’ve been watching tons of TH-camr’s to learn all I can. I think out of all of the soap makers I’ve watched, you are my favorite. I made your dish soap bar recipe last week and they turned out great. I can’t wait to try this recipe. Do you think you could also add some pine tar and or sulfur in to this recipe as one of the ingredients or would it mess it up? Thank you so much for all of your free recipes and tutorials!
    What do you put on your face because your skin always looks so glowy and beautiful?

    • @EllenRuthSoap
      @EllenRuthSoap  ปีที่แล้ว

      Pine tar and sulfur can speed up trace, so be aware of that when you're working with them. I use soap and water to cleanse, along with a good retinol and moisturizer, thanks🥰

    Beautiful swirl! Another happy outcome! Have you tried hydrating your clays before adding to your oils? Doing so might mitigate some of the acceleration issues caused by the clay pulling water/liquid from your batter... just a thought... ❤, k

    • @EllenRuthSoap

    Try using only ice instead of water for the lye solution or freeze what you are using before you add the lye. Hardly heats up and no fumes

      I couldnt stop watching your channel
      Just came across it today
      We have been making soap and lotion for a few years
      We have a batch of all natural soap - That has spots - My husband says it's from the aloe
      It's our first batch of soap to turn out this way
      It was interesting learning about rebatching
