How to Massage the Hand: Therapeutic Techniques

Hand massage is one of the best tools you can have in your tool box as massage therapist. When you are limited in time or are working with special needs clients or clients that have Alzheimer's, you might just have time only to do the hands. I learned in school 32 years ago that if you only have 15 minutes to do a massage, the neck & shoulders would be a priority and second to that it would be the hands! You can include the scrub if time is allowed or just do the hand massage by itself. Including the scrub is a real treat. Enjoy!
