Mahungela to remain behind bars until next Friday

A student charged with the murder of Joburg teacher, Kirsten Kluyts,
will remain behind bars until next Friday.
The state continued to cross-examine 21-year-old Bafana Mahungela in
his bail hearing in the Alexandra Magistrate Court.
An autopsy report reveals that the teacher was strangled at George Lea
Park in Sandton on 29 October.

I find it bizarre that the identity of her husband and family remains so secretive. She knew her killer and did not scream. That's for sure.

Hi,madam its so 😔 that such a young life is going through such a tragic situation.The most bizarre thing is the selective capturing of the CCTV 📷.That place is a public place,so the camera only captured him,what about the time runners were passing by.Im pleading with someone on social media after requesting the taxi driver to come forward to either confirm or despute the accused version of him having dozed off and thereafter missing his destination.His exact words though Ill paraphrase him is that he doesn't want to be involved😢😢😢

@@MirriamSofe-yj9pq the most powerful testimony to sink the state's case will be that of the taxi driver. For now some focus must shift to her family ....which is all a big secret...and in fact the other runners in that race. Police are gloating that they have a little fana....I don't think it was a grand idea for him to take the stand though. Bail applications are normally done by way of an affidavit. His counsel is using a different approach ...don't know why.

@@MirriamSofe-yj9pq. I am of the view that if that taxi driver will be found and called as a witness that indeed he did fall asleep and miss his stop the defence is good to go. Besides there us no footage of him carrying any blanket of sorts which she was covered with. I'm very interested in the father of her unborn child who hasn't shown up yet.

Well madam with regard to boyfriend/ husband,I got an update from a white gentleman whose details I cant disclose.The lady got pregnant through IVF!!! The lies of her being raped has since been cleared.Why the SAP and NPA lied on waiting for DNA is any ones guess.What else will they not lie about.They are pathetic and very malevolent with such a crucial and sensitive case.I fully support GBV however I'm not going to support 'innocent' people to be thrown into jail!!! The scurge of GBV caused him to panick so much and have him doing unthinkable things! Oncemore its my frivolous prayer for her killer/ killers to be found.The pathologist results are heavy object striking her,where is the weapon,they don't have it! Circumstantial evidence again.Selective capture of Bafana in a public place,the deceased 🏃 with a team but no one is shown in the 'race',the issue of the deceased long shadow and no shadow for Bafana implies different time frames,hours not minutes!They must not want to jump into the spade of other people work!!!Another issue is that the taxi driver has since come forward BUT his words' I don't want to get involved' Its really 😔.
