Officers charged with the attempted murder of Thabiso Ngcobo face disciplinary action

- Nine KwaZulu-Natal police officers charged with the attempted murder of businessman, Thabiso Ngcobo, are facing disciplinary action.
The province's police bosses have confirmed to Newzroom Afrika that this process is already underway.
The officers - who are currently out on bail - handed themselves in over a week ago.

This goes back to the question I always ask and get criticized for asking. Do police really get shot at first everytime we hear that suspects fired shots at them and then the police returned fire or do police just fire once they identify suspects.
I mean how do you fire so many bullets to someone who never fired a single shot at you?? At which point was your life in immediate danger to warrant you firing so many shots in retaliation??
Its normal in KZN to hear that criminals have a death warrant on them. SAPS in KZN have been doing this for quite some time. The police men are well known in KZN as the SAPS killing squad. Before them it was another killing squad called Kito (Cato Manor)
So, are we to understand that an arrest warrant is only valid for criminals who are working?? If they are on leave, then the warrant "stays" until that member comes back to work!! Wow, what an "understanding" justice system we have.
This could have been a Hit, because if it was mistaken identity they would have Identified him first by all means possible. Some one powerful paid for this

Hitmen disguised as police. They were paid to kill that business man, there was no mistake here. They knew exactly who he was. Why did the even shoot at the vehicle if no one was shooting back at them?
