I own a Schwinn 230. Pros: price. Cons: uncomfortable seat with non-adjustable back; crank arm length too long; heart rate monitor wildly inaccurate; non-intuitive screen display. It's going in the next garage sale.

Where do you plug the power cord in on bike? Just bought one at garage sale and can’t find it.

I can not fine instructions on how to use the screen. We put it together but it is very hard to pedal. It wasn’t like this in the store. The only thing on the screen that seems to work is the manual mode.

Hi. I had the same issue, as the printed instructional manual doesn't include the console. But if you type schwinn 230 recumbent bike model 510r manual into your browser, you'll see an entry that says 230 / 510R Nautilus. Click on that and the manual will load. The console directions start on page 22. Hope this helps.
