The Schwinn 270 Recumbent bike is a good training machine that is loaded with great features that will make your workout sessions more effective and interesting. It features 29 preset workout settings with heart rate controlled workouts, Bluetooth technology, USB charger, 25 resistance levels, ventilated and contoured seat, integrated heart rate contact sensors, 2 LCD screens, 3-speed cooling fan, and a water bottle holder.
The 17-pound flywheel is enough weight to help you tone your lower body, but it's not ideal for high-level training workouts.
Features
Console
The console has been divided into 3 sections that include the screens, buttons, fan/speakers. The upper screen is used to display the workout program you’ve chosen, intensity, progress towards your goal, and heart rate zone. The lower display is used to display all your workout stats.
Workout programs
The bike comes with 29 preset workout programs so you can have a wide variety of workouts to choose from. You can save up to 4 workout programs and the workouts include 9 heart rate workouts and 12 profile workouts.
Resistance
The 25 digital controlled resistance levels will allow you to customize the intensity of each workout. A combination of the resistance levels and the high-speed high inertia flywheel will make every workout smooth and quiet.
Advanced technology
This recumbent bike has Bluetooth connectivity that allows you to connect to the Schwinn app to help you to make fitness goals, track your workouts, and see your progress. You can also connect to the RideSocial app to access virtual rides and many more workouts. There's also a UBS charging port for charging your devices and console built-in speakers for entertainment.

What causes the horrible rattling noise when using the noise comes from inside the front assembly

These recumbent schwinn bikes last for a year or 2 then you got to throw them away. They don’t hold tension after about a year… or 2. I am throwing my second one away as we speak. I took the first one to the only bicycle store around my house and they couldn’t figure it out. I shown them a video of a guy who fixed his but anyway they called me up and told me to pick it up and scrap it. It’s a great bike for a short time then without tension you can’t get your heartbeat above a hundred if even 95 or 85 bpm. Sorry but like I said I tried it twice because I liked the first one and bought a second one on the chance that the first one was a lemon. Turns out they are all lemons that need to be brought back to the drawing board.
