Second time doing this practice, I'm only back to the mat for a week since an injury waylaid me late-April. I chose this class today because while I tentatively did handstand earlier this week, I wanted to do it right, which meant doing it twice, with a proper warm-up. Cat, you are most proper -- I went up twice, the first time in one shot, the second time in two. I will keep returning to this little jewel of a flow, thank you.
Hi Cat, I love your channel and I wondered if you could once do another Yogaworkout? Because I did the 15 min one yesterday and really liked it. I would love to see another one like this, maybe one that is even a bit longer to strengthen the whole body :)
i have a barrel wide tummy like you and the advantage is a lot of leverage in the upper body and base, i.e. for wrestling, but the crazy thing is, someone challenged me to a see how long i can keep a hanging roman chair leg raise (hanging down with legs straight at 90 degrees) and i kept it for 45 seconds without training, i bet you can do that. most people can juts do 5-15 seconds.

My behind was dragging on the mat and my pants came down! My legs are much longer than my upper body/ torso. It's not just you :-)
Actually it is nt abt the length of ur arm. U should round ur spine at that point to get ur arm long then torso. 😊
