Yo Balde Defense is 🤯. It just goes under the radar cuz people expect him to be much better in attack, as they should cuz he gets into space so easily and consistently. @spacey878
Lamine Yamal is not just an outstanding player who shines in both defense and attack, showing great decision-making, confidence, and tenacity that set him apart from others. His knack for getting into a flow state helps him read the game well, making him a valuable asset on the pitch. His strong self-belief allows him to face challenges with determination, inspiring his teammates and challenging his opponents. With each game, he demonstrates a mix of skill and resilience that points to a bright future in football. Simply the talent speaks for itself.
as a abrca fan the scariest thing abut lamine is the ease at which he creates clear cut chances, genuinley it feels like how KDB was before haaland, where he ahs to create 4-5 big chances before he gets an assist. i hope he stays injury free, i hope he stays hungry and grounded and continues to imrpove. love the content guys.
If anyone remembers young Leo, he is like him but in a modern way meaning less dynamic and fast but more posed and sharper (in that age not in general). I think he will be the next superstar of world football if injuries and fatigue does not get him. Basically he is less forward than Messi. Probably more of a Ronaldinho type of position but with less flair and with the atittude of Leo.
The crazy thing is that there are a bunch of young talents coming up. Keep an eye on the Fernandez' cousins, they are incredibly talented. Guille Fernandez and Toni Fernandez are both going to Monaco tomorrow, both 16 years old. I'm just as impressed by Toni as I was with Lamine Yamal when he was coming up.

Everyone talks about Yamal as if he became a world class player after the euros and ig it’s normal cus Barca was looked down upon last 2 seasons but as a Barca fan watching week in week out he’s BEEEEN like this since 15 16 bro getting motms left and right and even tho g/a wasn’t as good like you said stats don’t determine a player he was literally carrying us at 16 he literally got a motm in a Classico last season and motm against Brazil like he’s been insane but now since Barca as a whole is doing good he is getting his credit
At 15 he wasn’t even starting for us. And at the start of the season he was way less consistent than now. In like 5 games he had like 2/3 okay games and 2/3 great games. But yeah since like February this year he is phenomenal.
If Spain continue to play like they did at the Euros, i could see them continue to dominate at the world cup and the euros. Yamal and Nico Willams are insane on the wing, and they have a stacked midfield behind them with a prime Podri, Ruiz, Merino etc. i know that a lot of fans dislike Spain`s playing style, but i personally love it. I think Yamal could increase his output and he likely will considering his age, but even if he doesn`t become a 20+ and 10 guy, Yamal at 17 already has the ability and attitude to step up when it counts he did that against France and Mbappe in the Euros.
Lamine Yamal makes me question if Hyperbolic Time Chambers are real, because I keep asking myself, where a 16/17 year old learns all this to be moving the way he is in a grown men's game. His understanding of the game is unreal. Like, how can you have the temperament and composure to do all this already? Even if a 27 year old player was playing the way he played this year we'd be giving them BDO shouts. For me he needs to be on that podium already idc.
He needs rest. He’s been playing way to many games and minutes for being 17 years old. Maybe now that Fati is healthy he can play on the LW and Raphinha on the RW so that Lamine can get the rest he needs
Well tbh it’s not just lamine carrying barca. He has been playing like this for the whole season last year. But now with flick the rest of the team perform outstandingly.
Yoo gotta correct u on the confidence thing bro. Lamine himself stated that he was MAD nervous first time being called up. He said he didn’t even dare to enter the locker room, dude there weren’t even that many big names at that time. And also when u see how he responds to the messi comparisons, he said that if he could get halve the career messi had he would be really happy. This guy is down to earth.
People have been throwing around the word 'generational' without care. Earlier, when we termed someone as generational (i.e., once in a generation), this is who we meant. Now we have certain delusional utd fans(i e kg) calling Garnacho generational."

you need to listen to it again, he said Messi became this good "in central areas" not overall. But yeah he dragged it a bit Messi was elite there at like 21-22, but not at Yamal's age
He said "in central areas". Before they obviously had Eto'o (2008/2009) and Ibrahimovic (until 2009/2010). Only 2011 onwards Messi started playing centrally. Messi was born in 1987. So 23-24 sounds spot on actually!
I think I would still take Mbappe and maybe Haaland to build a team around over Yamal. I mean no one is gonna have a 10 year dynasty anyone. So give me Mbappe’s 5 best years ever pls and thanks.
I love how confident you are in this statement. Bojan fell off due to anxiety and pressure, not being ran to the ground. Fati just had a freakish injury. Do your research before spreading nonsense.
When an American says "Messi started becoming this good in this area at 23, 24?". My guy... Messi won his 1st Ballon D'Or at 21, the same season he dominated with 38 goals and 21 assists from 51 appearances. Also... Just because you're wearing the No. 10 jersey, doesn't mean you're playing that role. Yamal always played on the RW. Maybe do some light reading before coming on a podcast and spewing nonsense.
Buddy he was talking about Messi’ transformation from an out and out winger to someone who drifted into central areas and started attacks more centrally which happened around that time lol. Lamine is the future in the number 10 role and is fast tracking his transformation from winger to more of central player
This guy has watched messi play for his whole career, so he obviously knows how messi played at 21. He was talking about going from a winger to a ten/false 9, and the fact that people have to tell you this makes me question your ball knowledge ngl.
