Thanks for making a video that I requested, And actually like 90% these clips are him playing for Barcelona 1st team. He’s the youngest player to ever play in Barcelona’s 1st team. Now he worth like 150 million and PSG offered Barca 250 million to buy him but they refused it. This guy carried his club and country at 16 years of age , he became 17 on Saturday the day before he won the euros.

He just won Euro 2024 🏆🇪🇸 with the Spain, also being the best young player of the tournament he also received an award 🥇 for that at such a young age & he also passed his final school exam during the tournament 😂 can you imagine the amount of pressure you have to handle at such a young age and you also have to train with the national team so you can also play football games ❤😮 he is unbelievable at 16 years old. There is a photo becoming very popular viral nowadays in Social media where young Messi is bathing a kid baby @LamineYamal in the Barcelona city for some kind of baby shower ceremony or charity calendar event I’m not really sure but that’s actually a real photo 😅 what a coincidence is this? That same kid grown up being the best young talent in football right now and he idolized Messi as his role model 😊 Messi has also won the South American nations tournament organized by Conmebol called “Copa America” that Argentina 🇦🇷 has won this year which means they are the South American Copa America 2024 Champions 🏆 and Spain 🇪🇸 also has became a Euro 2024 champions 🏆 so there is another final match organized by UEFA & Conmebol together where the best European champions of the year will face the South American champions for one final match called “Finalissima” so Spain will be facing Argentina next year in 2025 which also means Lamine Yamal will be up against his idol Messi himself 😂 that would be iconic historic moments.
This aint no U-18s lol, he plays with the first team of Barcelona and Spain as well. Not to mention, he is a nailed on starter for both club and country.
@@saianeeshvinmani165 we know he played in the Euros this year, but I believe the majority of these highlights are during his time with the U-18s. Atleast that’s what it says in the beginning.
@@RealFansSports 20% of the clips are from the U18 and U19 teams of Barcelona where he played when he was 14 to 15. He made his first team debut last year when he was 15 but the majority of these clips are against fully grown men.

@@RealFansSports na im a barca fan all of these are from him playing with the 1st team in la liga this past year.
As a barca fan i will say he was good at the beginning of the year but by the end of the season and into the euros his jump in not just ability but physicality was huge. Right around January you could actually see him getting faster and stronger going into the spring.
Having just turned 17 he is already faster then alot of defenders but i would imagine his speed will increase slightly up until 18 or 19 as his muscles develop more.
Left footed players mostly play on the right, eg- Messi and Robben , it’s easy to cut in through the defense and go inside the box , or finesse the ball in to the net or to a teammate. And you know Ronaldo was a right footed player he played on the left most of his career. So it’s just normal. The problem is this guy is the same as my age , he was the golden boy in the euros with most assists in the championship and I’m here reacting to him , life is unfair asf
@@ytMademeanaddictiveman Yeah I guess I just never thought about it that way. Typically think about crossing it in on the run, but it’s much more effective to be able to cut back and send an inswinging ball or like you said cut inside and make a run into the box.
And yeah it’s insane! Nothing to be jealous of man! Use it as motivation to work harder in whatever in you do! Explore your gifts, work towards them, and never give up or listen to whatever the disbelievers say.

Actually all the clips are of him playing with the adult team. In some of them he is playing the Champions league against teams like PSG😊
these highlights were of him playing against the pros, not u18s or anything, this is the real La Liga
Puedo asegurar como Español y viendolo en el estadio del Barcelona insitu, si en Tv impresiona en el campo de futbol impresiona mucho mas, mas que el talento grandisimo que tiene este chico es la inteligencia total del juego a una edad tan temprana, tiene las posiciones grabadas en su cabeza por eso la fiabilidad en todos sus pases en direccion y velocidad. El Barcelona tiene un diamante que tiene que pulir, no se le puede meter presion comparandolo con Messi porque ademas son jugadores con su propio estilo pero tiene un futuro increible, hay que cuidarlo y guiarlo muy bien a esta edad. A esta edad la fortaleza mental no es igual que la de un adulto, y los malos momentos que seguro tendra necesita de personas que lo apoyen mas que un adulto por su corta edad, esa ayuda es fundamental es su progresion como jugador de futbol, si no la tiene se puede quedar a mitad de camino como paso a otros muchos jugadores claro. What tells you that this boy is special is that he is doing this at 17yrs now and was doing it at 16, to mature quality grown men. Imagine when he bulk up more and become faster and gain more confidence. This boy will be one of the world stars like messi .
Traditional football up to a decade or two ago called for wingers to play on the main leg side. So if you were a leftie, you'd go left wing and stick to it. This was favorable for doing crosses, but meant the player rarely ventured in the middle areas of the pich.
Since quite some time now, it's far more usual for wingers to play on the side opposite of the main leg, the purpose is to cut inside with the ball giving you better passing options and good profile for shooting. Also, by moving inward the idea is to drag the defender inside aswell, so someone from behind, usually a fullback/wingback can move up the pitch and exploit empty space.
There's no better instance of it as Messi. He began playing in FC Barcelona on the right wing, being left footed, before Guardiola moved him to the false nine position (and since then his playing position was wherever the heck he pleased xDD). Back then Messi would get the ball on the right wing, move inside from there, trashing defenders left and right, shooting, in general, doing Messi things, while behind him Dani Alves would move up to the emptied space opening a very dangerous passing option to surprise the defence.

The only clips from these that wasnt with barcelonas first team or spains first team was when he was wearing the spain kit with number 10 on the back. Everything else, which was like 95% of this vid, was either from la liga, champions league, international friendlies or the euros
Since he turned 16, he has been playing for the Senior Barcelona and Spain team, not U-18. Almost all the clips you saw were against adults. Also in modern football, right wingers are left footed and vice versa, almost exclusively.

His positioning as a right winger is called an inverted winger. Esesentailly by playing a person with the opposite foot on that wing it opens up space for them to cut inside the field and either shoot or pass.
Most teams in world football play this wat because it allows for more threat from the wings.
Messi and Ronaldo where both inverted wingers as is Neymar and Salah.
You actually very rarely see non inverted wingers in the game today as driving to the baseline and crossin it in is done by the fullbacks now instead of the wingers.

There will not be a bunch of fanaticism when we are not huge fans of the player yet. But we can appreciate what he is doing. I am also very aware of what he was doing through out the video. I played for years and at a high level in the US. (I know that is not saying much, but I have played against Olympic developmental teams and have won and have played against teams from other countries and have won)
The reason Yamal and most modern wingers play on the side of their weaker foot is because of their goal threat. Most teams now opt for their fullbacks to create the width in the attack which frees up the wingers to play more centrally overload the defense.
