thank you for the information. Now I can start thinking how to setup my office. I wanted to ask if the light that you have as the main light with the softbox is putting any strain on your eyes? I am mainly going to use that for my video conferencing time which is about 5-6 hours a day.
Great fundamentals video! I've noticed that, in general, there is more contrast when I place the key light farther away. There are definitely trade-offs. My experience is with product photography, but I would reckon that it would be similar for lighting anything else.
Amazing content ! I’m trying a similar setup but my key light spills onto rear wall too and not able to light up wall with another color on wall ! Any suggestions ? Got Honeycomb grid, minimal iso f2.8
Good video guidance. I have learnt loads from your other videos too. What happened to your cool Icelandic greetings that somewhat seemed to have stopped some 2 years ago. Or did I miss the video where you mentioned it. Cheers.
Dear touched by fire friend! I hope you're doing great! Gotta make you a question, do u believe the SmallRig RC60B like light can be enough as a Key light?
Depends on the size of the studio, but yea, you can use 60w light for key. Just not that powerful than bigger lights. A lot of people start with 60w. I did too. I just bought a SmallRig RC120B now for key.
