How often do you have to harvest for your mandarin..every 2-3 days a new batch?
Thanks! Yeah it is ready to harvest in like 24-48 hours. And I harvest it twice a day the next 2 days and it’s usually done by then
and you can remove the white sifter cup and use the pipette to take them out with the water, put them in a jar and in the fridge to stretch it out even longer. for a couple more days of feeding.
Honestly the one scoop was enough.

What room temperature do you need to keep them in?
Mine is currently 73. I keep it around 70-76 in the fish room and it does just fine
I put a heating pad under mine and just turn it on every few hours for the first day.

Unfortunately most fish are to big to eat that tiny size shrimp
Yeah, but it helps for mandarins and adds some more biodiversity to the tank. Plus it's soo cheap and easy
I'd agree, but some baby fish that come from eggs, it's literally the only thing they will eat, and this is a good solution to make just enough, store some in the fridge until the next batch is ready without getting all crazy with air bubblers and bottles.

Please don't hang this on the side of your tank you guys. I bought one yesterday, hung it on the side of a tank that was probably a bit small (60L) and it was fine until I went to bed. Got up 7 hours later to find the tank drained, killing about 50 month old goldfish fry.
It's a LOT of weight to hang on the side of the tank, and if I hadn't been so busy & had thought about it more, I'd have waited and made a rail to hang it from. Hope someone can learn from my loss.
