I try to do some ab work each day to help with lower back pain. this was a fabulous and quick ab workout and I thank you! Dogs, like elephants & women, never forget!! My Sassy got scared when my husband was making the bed and hit the ceiling fan with the comforter. the noise scared her and for a few years she refused to go in if we were making up the bed! she just now seems to have gotten comfy. she waits for the bed to be made then jumps up to put her smell back on the clean sheets! LOL! Thanks again for the great workout. Loved how Sassy layed beside me watching as I worked my middle!

I love coming back to this one. It's a great little add-on when I do cardio or need to have an active rest day. I like to walk/hike/jog whenever I can.
Holy moly PJ wow. Done this and the HIIT and abs workout and to be honest lol I honestly didn't think I would make it lol especially the squat jumps into mountain climbers lol in the HIIT and abs workout lol then this was on the calendar is well and o my word the hand on one knee and then dropping the same leg and arm wow that was amazing I honestly didn't think I was going to feel that lol. But trying to keep the low back on the ground and drop both legs and my low back is very sore its giving me alot of havoc up until lately so I had to modify a bit but I did it and again I was surprised. no pain in my low back. As always your a legend and I LOVE AB WORK my abs are so weak its a joke they need SERIUOS WORK and need to be strengthened BADLY so my lower abs support my back. thank you LEGEND Steph 💪👊 🇮🇪

TY PJ! Exactly the workout I needed for my abs without compromising my shoulder / neck areas which are very sensitive to adding tension on those areas . Love workouts with my head / shoulders resting on the floor , no stress there ! Thx ❤️💐

It’s also diastasis recti and umbilical hernia friendly! Seriously, thank you for this workout. I’m definitely saving this one for the reasons above. I always modify my ab exercises because I don’t do crunches or anything that would cause intra-abdominal pressure. And oh my gosh, that resistant dead bug was the fr’king bomb! Loved that move…burned so bad.
