I finished a 30 minute cardio HIIT workout, and felt like I wanted a little something more...then I remembered seeing you post this workout this AM. Yay! This was just perfect in intensity, time, and focus to finish off my legs, and my workout for the day. I'm a sweaty mess after all that, but happy and feeling great! Thank you so much PJ, you're the best 😊
Oh yeah, my legs are completely finished after this! I added this on after an intense cardio and strength workout and I am officially DONE! Thanks (I think- LOL) for the killer lower body burn PJ!
Doing this one for the second time PJ. Great finisher. Also, I realised when cleaning out our roof storage area and climbing in and out of it how helpful all the hip mobility work with you has been. My knee still got a little sore from going up and down the ladder - but I could really easily get in and out of the roof area and could see just how helpful functional strength and mobility is! Thanks PJ 😊
