    Just diagnosed with osteoporosis in right hip; been osteopenia-died for years. Now 67, avid work out person, but shifted to your site and love your teaching. Currently I am visiting you daily on TH-cam, but would like more info on your purchase programs. Rebecca

    I kept my balance today and used up the gas in my tank with this great finisher after today’s scheduled workout. I, for one, as a member of the “Over 70’s Club,”(😉)definitely benefit from your methodical and mindful programming. Thanks, PJ,❤

    I finished a 30 minute cardio HIIT workout, and felt like I wanted a little something more...then I remembered seeing you post this workout this AM. Yay! This was just perfect in intensity, time, and focus to finish off my legs, and my workout for the day. I'm a sweaty mess after all that, but happy and feeling great! Thank you so much PJ, you're the best 😊

    Oh yeah, my legs are completely finished after this! I added this on after an intense cardio and strength workout and I am officially DONE! Thanks (I think- LOL) for the killer lower body burn PJ!

    Doing this one for the second time PJ. Great finisher. Also, I realised when cleaning out our roof storage area and climbing in and out of it how helpful all the hip mobility work with you has been. My knee still got a little sore from going up and down the ladder - but I could really easily get in and out of the roof area and could see just how helpful functional strength and mobility is! Thanks PJ 😊

    First I did the 20 minute EMOM to get good and warmed up and just completed the leg finisher! I'm a day late according to the Patreon calendar but will be all caught up by Sunday!

    Did this leg finisher after the cardio and it did exactly that pj it finished my legs off!!🤪 but loved that it was short but big on the burn 👍

    Did the EMOM as you suggested and then thought there was no way I could do this leg workout but I tried it. Great sense of achievement. Kept going and really enjoyed it. Thanks PJ!
