    PJ….I just have to tell you that someone at tennis the other day said to me…”you have the best looking shoulders and arms!”… I was stunned!! I’ve never ever had someone compliment my arms! It made my day and at nearly 64, I’m already looking forward to wearing my sleeveless tops this summer! Thanks for all your great workouts. 😘

    I turned 50 in April and it was a rough one! I realized that I need to take better care of myself. 30 minutes of walking 4 times a week isn’t enough; I need to build strength. I’ve been looking for someone who leads the slightly older and out of shape crowd- PJ you seem great for this! I will definitely try more of your workouts. My arms are a problem area, so I wanted to start there. Thank you!

    Turning 39 next month, in Missouri, USA. Been consistently working out with cardio and weightlifting this year for the longest stretch in my adult life. Just had baby #4 last year, and my body can’t do the young gal thing anymore. Finding much more encouragement and safe workouts for my body with the “over 40” videos, and I love yours! Thanks!

    I found this video through Google, my wife just turned 40, started working out with me at our local gym. But i lift for muscle growth, and she wants toning. So i sent her this video in hopes it helps her. I had her doing sets with me, but she gained muscle, and she much rather tone. So thanks for this video appreciate it!

    So thankful for you! Homeschool mom in IA, I am trying to consistently add your workouts to my mornings. I love the short ones like this; I've also slowly worked my way through the Unstoppable Challenge and hope to again. I love especially the shorter workouts (30 min or less).       Daily not best for strength. I recommend 3-4 times a week for strength training so the body has ample time to rest, recover and build. Great job!!

    I was so happy to have found you. Your work out great for me. I haven't exercise for a long time and I tried your arm work out and oh boy did feel the pain of my muscles in the arms just woke up.     I’m 48 and in the UK. This is a great arm toning exercise and doing it twice even better. I will definitely be trying other classes with you. I have stopped going to the gym since Covid 19 as I don’t feel comfortable so my husband bought me a spinning bike as I used to do classes at the gym, so I do spinning 3 times per week and now I have found these toning exercises from you.

    Thank you, PJ! Just did your Toned Arms workout for the first time and I love it! Recently entered my 40’s over here in Canada, time to get back into shape while my kids are still young. I did this twice through using 3 lb & 5 lb dumbbells (I think I need to up the weight slightly next time). I’ll be making this my “arms day” routine 3 days a week. Thanks again!
