- We got onto a new permission, a farm built in 1819. I took both the new Manticore and the CTX3030 and did some signal comparison. Great hunt, found a 1842 Braided Hair Large Cent amongst some other stuff.
Keep staying with my ctx for sure :) you have to digg always all good targets (mostly) cause you dont know if the object lay flat in the earth or a kind of another angle… also good targets in high min or + iron alternates the „view“ on the display on both machines…
The CTX ship has sailed. It’s too heavy, manticore is definitely taking its place.
Looks like a great spot to keep hitting.
Heck yeah bro awesome video 🤟💯
Thanks for the hard work, this video is excellent for learning the difference between the two detectors. Looks like once a guy learns the Minelab Manticore 2d screen you'll be able to dig less junk.....
Thanks for watching, Denny!
Thanks a lot for this between Manticore and ctx. I got my Manticore yesterday and I wonder a lot between the machines. I have a ctx-3030 also.
The trash to treasure ratio was not in our favor, but it's always fun digging these old farm sites. Thanks for the invite!
Looking forward to going back!
Thanks for vid.
Interesting discrimination pattern you are using on manticore.
Try using the pin point trace and build up a picture
15:44 you found that coin with the ctx not manticore , ctx was saying a coin and manticore was saying trash, Why do you say it was found with the manticore lol?
I used the Manticore first all day at this field. Everything in this video was found with the Manticore.
@@MetalDiggr manticore was saying trash and ctx coin
What did I just watch? Why did you fill the hole back in with a target in the spoil?
Sorry, Gary... a part of that video is missing. I went through all the video from that day and can't find it. It was a small melted piece of aluminum.
