Please don’t listen to others about the babies formula, raw dairy milk is the worst thing you could give them ( from 12 months ) the formula you have for them is just fine. Bro, i dont know you but i am a Aussie, ended up a single dad here in isaan when my son was a few mths old ( that meant i had 4, 2 i had with their mum and the 2 she had before me). My youngest, my son just turned 5.
It will be hard, you will feel lonely, but you can do this.

The walks or bicycling in the countryside is important....I agree with your mom...you need to take a trip as soon as you are ready or even before.
Doesn't matter the length but it might help with the healing.
Only time will help you find your new normal of course but little temporary things can help ease some pain for the moment.

@@RickyIsaan Been with you all along Ricky. Was hard to find words TBH. Couldn't believe what happened, so surreal. Not gonna lie. Things will start improving slowly but surely. Great to see your cute little ones growing and being well taken care of. Mine little one is 8 months old now. For now stuck in Bangkok, but sometime next year hopefully going to near you. Would be great for us and our daughters to become friends.

Ricky, you made my eyes start watering when you said “you know all this is gonna go away” speaking of all the support and messages. You’re right people do tend to sink back into their daily routines. But there is someone who “sticks closer than a brother”, and that’s Jesus Christ. He loves you and your girls so much. And know that when you weep for Edi he weeps with you. He longs for you to turn to Him for comfort and strength. One of my favorite scriptures in Psalm 30:5 is weeping may endure for the night but joy comes in the morning. My prays for you and your sweet family.

Exercise is one solution for you. Put your running shoes on and head out 5pm every day. 1 to 2 km run. It will change u for the positive and help u sleep better

Go easy on yourself. You’re doing your best and owe nothing to the trolls who’d just say things to get you down. It’s a lot, being a new parent in another country and not knowing a lot of people or understanding much of the language and then suffering such a sudden and devastating loss. Your mum’s the best! Please take care of yourself-dengue is no joke. If I am not mistaken, you’re advised not to travel abroad for either 4 or 6 months after the infection as it has devastated your immune system, guidelines from the Malaysian Health Ministry and we do deal with a lot of dengue cases over here.

It will do you the world of good to get out to the grand prix at the end of the month, if for nothing else to take your mind off things for a bit. Ricky, so sorry you have to go through all of this. You do need time alone...god bless your Mum and your extended family for supporting you. Of course, you are going to break down. Also remember that healing from grief is not linear. Hugs from Vietnam.
Ricky this is terribly hard on you. Bereavement is always hard and it can break many people. But look at the positive side. You are suviving, coping somehow in the most horrible of circumstances. There will be ups and downs, highs and lows and they are apt to be called peaks and troughs, which suggests the rollercoaster ride that you're being forced to take. It's early days, very early days. Congratulate yourself for your strength and give thanks for your mum's help.
With regard to your visa, don't ever put off for tomorrow what you can do today, no matter how difficult. Is there anyone else locally who could help you with translation, even if they need to be paid for their service. Because you don't want to find yourself in another unfortunate situation just because Thai immigration doesn't really understand your circumstances. Your babies are the reason why you will survive and eventually even thrive. It's so hard at the moment, but I promise that if you just get through each day as it comes, one day it will feel better. Not the same, but better. Sending loving kindness to you and hope that you will get through all you have to do.
Hanging in there my dear friend, stay positive Ricky, I know she is in spirit watching from above and I know for sure she is worried about you and the twins, but she knows that you are doing your best, we are all behind you and support you thur out. I'm still feel sad and emotional when I go back and watched all of the videos with Eid in it. You are an incredibly strong person, I can not imagine what you must be going through. I am so sorry for your loss, I am sure you need all the support you can get and I hope you are getting all the help you need. I watch your videos and I am just amazed at your resilience, you are an amazing human being. I hope God watches over your wife and your family. It may seem like the future is not very bright, but I am sure your wife would want you to carry on and try to live a happier life. The Babies deserve that and you already know your wife is looking down and smiling at you and those babies.

It’s a long process and although it’s very hard at this time I know and trust that you’ll be able to overcome the emptiness that you’re enduring right now. I told my Wife to please allow me to die before her because she is really the head of the household that keeps everything together who loves me unconditionally and will till the end. You’re doing great Ricky( of course you’ll have rough moments . Keep doing what you do, continue being a storyteller and sharing how you feel.
Don’t let the mind get carried away with the what ifs, just live your life and take things day by day. I have a very good idea what you’re going through, looking back at my personal experience with what I’ve been through all I can say is try to be strong, chin up! Go for walks, bike rides.. if you can find yourself a health club IE: karate, Muay Thai etc. a healthy mind is a healthy body.
